AT&T Store

My husband and I went to our local ATT store. They were a bit busy, but when it was our turn Matt helped us. Matt was helpful and answered all our questions and took care of us and we were in and out of there in a timely manner. Great friendly and kind service. Thank You Matt

Shout out to Bret the store manager. He was a great help in returning a Iphone that a scammer ordered through my ATT account. He accepted a Iphone from a total stranger that agreed to return it for me and take care of correcting the billing mistakes.

Brett and Daniel are amazing. I'm a senior on a fixed income and went in the At&T store to find out about getting a phone for my teenage nephew. Daniel was very kind and took his time with me and we settled on a phone. The next day I went back and spoke to Brett. I told him after thinking about it I could not afford another phone. Brett sat down with me and went over my plan. He took me step by step on my plan and loved my planned got it lower. These two guys deserve a raise. Don't lose them!

Brett, the store manager was awesome. He knows how to handle saving his customer’s money. I’ve been with ATT for 15+ years and been paying outrageous monthly payments, not until few days ago when me and my son went to his store for a new phone. He looked at my phone bill and said that I could save some money. I did save some money 😃 plus my son got his new phone and an Apple watch 😃. Thank You Brett for figuring out my monthly payment! 😊 both Brett and Daniel have a great customer service.

What a clean store with amazing service! Talked to Blake, he handled everything with a friendly expertise and didn’t take long to do so. Honestly deserves a higher position in the company he’s detail oriented, quick learner, perfectionist, handsome, and intelligent! I’d let him date my sister, what a guy! Best store in town! That smile makes the 255.66$ a month for only two phones worth while! 🤌😩 in fact I wish I could pay more! God what a place! Sweet baby Jesus Christ and the service I get 🫦😩 I get amazing reception 20% of the time I use my phone! Couldn’t be happier 😉.

I came I'm today because I had a bunch of apps crowding my screen with pop ups. I got to work with a pleasant rep Randall who was able to get everything resolved. He did a great job and I'll be coming back here often.

My family and I had quite the task presented to Blaine and Brett and they both knocked it out of the park. Upgraded two phones, switched two family members to a better (family plan). Blaine was extremely personable and both were extremely professional. Honestly, the best experience I've had with any phone service.

Switching lines is a hassle but one of the gentleman at this store named Hunter was extremely helpful! He stayed so nice and patient with me throughout my whole purchase. I will definitely remain a customer through these guys, it’s hard to find people in customer service that are so nice when dealing with tenacious hassles on phones.

I brought my dead phone to the AT&T store in a panic. I use my phone for business and could not go a day with out it, so filing a claim would have to come later. There were some complications locating an affordable phone that would meet my needs immediately. Brett went above and beyond to get me out the door with an acceptable phone that day. He was very informative and adjusted my plan to save me money, as well. Brett had great customer service skills and truly cared about my dilemma. It showed through his thoughtful, thorough & expedient actions.
There should be more employees like Brett. There couldn't be a better example of an employee. He listened to my needs used a creative thought process to come to a quick resolution , and made sure I understood the changes he made and how they affected my account. I couldn't be more thankful for his assistance.

We have been in the process of changing phone companies and getting ATT, and Brett was phenomenal through it all. He did everything he could to help us out especially when it came to issues with our previous phone company. He listened and understood us and made sure we walked away happy! You will be in excellent hands if he’s helping you.

The service here was awesome. We were having difficulties getting set up with service because of my old service provider. Several hours were spent there over 3 days. They were amazing and never gave up, unlike me. In the end, my phone is awesome. They stuck it through and we ended up with a great deal. THANK YOU GRANTS PASS, OR AT&T!
