Big 5 Sporting Goods

The retail experience I wish we always had when we show shop!!! Worker was friendly and helpful. Prices were pretty good and we found 2 pairs of hiking shoes! Usually it takes several stores because our youngest is picky about footwear. He found a pair he liked and I liked that we got both pairs for about $50! Excellent customer service.

The folks at Big 5 were very helpful and knowledgeable of the products they sell (this time walking shoes & hiking boots). Lots of weekly sales. Yes I compared there prices & selection to other local retailers and this was it. We had to order my walking shoes, they arrived in the time frame they said. That gave me time to break in the new boots. Lots of parking, easy to find. No public bathrooms. Super nice folks !!

Actually was surprised they had an item I did not suspect gold pan. It was a pleasant surprise my wife called them while we were heading home. My daughter and I are constantly trying new hobbies together.

This store always has items in stock. We live rural and call to check on items and 3 different times now it's been Mackenzie who has helped us. Tracking down an item, checking and holding a specific size and checking stock. Mackenzie is always cheerful and patient and awesome. Thanks Mackenzie!

Needed binoculars so I could see the comet tonight! Had a great sale on this pair for $39.99! I don't even have to wear my glasses because it has an insta focus feature on it. I'm happy!😁

It's a wonderful place it has just about anything you could want. We found bags for Cornhole game. Made the kids big and small, old and young, happy for a long time.

I Always get friendly employees when I visit Big 5 in Grants Pass, Or. My favorite feature is a nicely shaded area where my dog can rest on hot summer days.

Excellent customer service every time I've been here. Also they are awesome and very understanding about returns. I had a cot I used for fire season at fire camp and one of the bars bent on me on my first fire call, they let me return it no problem, bought a new one of the exact same kind and I was ready to go out on the next fire just in time!

I love Big 5, they always have THAT ITEM! I needed a simple zip-up sweatshirt the day I was there! I always leave with what I came for at Big 5!

I was looking for an item sold exclusively by Big 5 but they were sold out for the season. The manager went out of his way and found one in another state and had them ship it to here for me. I am so grateful to him and to the other employees for their customer service. They were all so nice about everything what a great crew!

Great Staff, the managers are a little stiff, but otherwise good people - ammo on Tuesdays lacking, but not their fault, they get what's given - my review is based on ammo and shoes.

They have the best shoes, and helpful clerks.
