Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The color specialist Victor sent by Middletown RI store came to my condo, listened to what I was looking for and totally nailed it with the color choices. It is a great and very worthwhile expert service provided by Sherwin Williams. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Danielle did a great job helping me match some colors multiple times from a different paint, everything matched perfectly, great quality paint too.

Staff here is amazing.. I went in with a hurt ankle and they helped me bring everything out to the truck, where i then remembered i had a return as well, so the counter employee ran back in with the return and ran back out with the slip. Professionals would call it "above the scope of your roll".

I go to all the paint stores in the middle town / Newport area on a regular basis and I know what each store has to offer. Sherwin Williams is a 5 🌟 for contractors. And one of the best for color matching. They also take your old paint cans, even other brands.

The staff seems to be quite knowledgable. Although they could not find my paint order from last year so it took a couple of attempts to match the color but we did and it ended up coming our great.

Pleasant and very helpful staff. Lots of beautiful samples of wallpaper to select from. Delivery of product was a lot shorter time then expected. Wonderful experience with this store.
