Pat approached us shortly after we entered the store and asked us if we needed any help and checked on us which was wonderful. We have never had such personalized and pleasant service in West Marine. Pat is an asset to the store and to the customer service industry in which he works.

Very friendly staff who will place special orders on short notice and prices and selection are great.

I had a great experience at the store in Middletown and in particular with two of the associates, Don and an older gentleman named David. They were extremely knowledgeable, very pleasant and spent a lot of time with me answering my questions and making helpful suggestions.

They were helpful when I needed help setting up my network NMEA2000 for all my B&G gear.
Don was really knowledgeable and worked on researching the system until I got back to shop again.

This business was so very kind by allowing us all who were partaking in the Police Parade to use there restrooms. I personally will never forget it and I made sure I went back to purchase something from this business. In today's society so many people don't reach out to do what they can to help others and that day this business did just that! A big thank you to them!

This is a great store. They have everything you need and if they don't they get it for you pronto. The sailing hardware department is well laid out and well stocked. One guy there, Will, is super. He know the gear, he knows his stuff and will always point you in the right direction.

Nice store, had what we needed for the boat. Has increased clothing area. Has available store helpers, quick check out. Very clean! A little pricey.
