I cannot rave about this store enough. I went in here feeling defeated after trying to help my grandmother upgrade her iPhone XR at Verizon. She has been with them for 10+ years and was unable to upgrade without paying out the nose. We worked with Josh and his manager Dave (who is jacked by the way - the guy looks like Captain America). Showed us both tremendous kindness and helped us switch over and get her into a new phone with ease. They even put her on a senior plan which saved her even more money! Then they went over the rate plans and showed me how I can save money by switching from at&t and joining her plan. I left here not only fixing my grandmother's issues - but getting myself a new phone and service in the process as well. They even held the door for us when we left. I'm blown away by their kindness and professionalism. Other stores should take notice, this place is the Pinnacle of customer service.

I bought that Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and I'm thrilled. Colin was wonderful along with everyone at the store. Very courteous and helpful.

The staff is so friendly and go out of their way to help people. Also, a thank you to Josh for answering any of our questions!

Jayson was great, friendly professional, and knowledgeable. He helped me with a broken old phone conundrum. Great customer service.

We went into T-Moble today to get new phones. We were helped by Joshua. He did a great job.....even thought my old phone gave him some trouble transferring.
I am very grateful for his expertise and patience.... as I was freaking out that my phone wasn't going to work.

Staff at this location are very knowledgeable and are fit to answer any of your questions about the latest cell phones they offer accessories for your phone, tablets and more. The management is very helpful as well as the staff to getting your questions and concerns taken care of.

I walked into the T-Mobile store in Middletown very frustrated and stressed because my iphone was broken. I was in the middle of negotiationI was not getting anywhere with Asurian and John Barnard, the manger came up with a solution that was perfect, quick and easy. He was wonderful, professional and very personable. I can not say enough good things about my experience. I love this store! Everyone was super helpful and nice! Two thumbs up!

Very good service. Pleasant and helpful with me new case and screen protector. I am a metro t-mobile patron, but when the Newport store was unable to help me I went to the Middletown t-mobile for help. I am considering a switch in the future.

Great service. I came in with a broken (unlocked) iPhone which couldn't connect to cellular and they helped me diagnose whether the issue was with Apple or with T-Mobile. It was with Apple. To keep me going, they helped me connect my Apple Watch to the T-Mobile cellular network which was no easy feat with a broken iPhone. The staff stayed 45 minutes after closing helping me out. I appreciate their help, and will continue to point people towards T-Mobile; and specifically this store.

I cannot say enough good things about Pat. I had gone into the store last week to pick up my replacement phone....Even though it had been a few days the phone had still not arrived. My phone had a known bug and was still under warranty. I was incredibly irritated that a known issues, solution meant I needed to go without for more than a couple of days...Anyway Pat made it his mission to make sure I left satisfied. I was given a loaner phone and his personal charger to get me through the weekend. ...He even went a step ahead and texts me updates regarding the matter (the phone was back ordered)

If it were not for Pat I would have taken my business elsewhere.

Patrick worked very hard to resolve a voicemail issue I was having and patiently worked on making ever effort to resolve a challenging issue. Grateful for his good customer service skills.

Bruce was so helpful and very kind I rather give out 100 stars to him, he knew exactly what he was doing and he is very patient on helping me out with the phone I wanted!

I was home today by a gentleman named Jason at the store covering someone shift his knowledge and experience was exceptional it is a pleasure at any time to deal with someone who is trained and skilled at their job thanks again Jason

Most pleasant place to purchase a phone. Bruce was absolutely wonderful. If you need a phone come here, they treat you like family not like a customer

Never had any issues, and customer service is wonderfull. Zack has always been very helpful and a pleasure to work with.

The team on E Main Rd are all experts at what they do , which is deliver amazing customer experience and take care of their customers!

I was having trouble getting my daughter's phone to work. We had switched her phone. Patrick solved the problem quickly and efficiently and was kind at the same time.

Zack was so helpful!!! He definitely knew what he was talking about when he helped me & was so kind the whole time!!!
