The girls here are nice and friendly and do their job well. Lots of orders to keep up with but they get it done :)

The team at this Starbucks is always very friendly. They are incredibly fast with order ahead which is great. I am looking forward to the new building for Starbucks too.

Had the nicest worker!! Shout out to Rein (I think that’s how it is spelled) helped me pick out a drink and was very positive and got us laughing the whole time!!!!

The staff working at this location are exceptional. Super nice and my iced coffee always comes out perfect. They keep the store extremely clean. The only downside to this location is the seating leaves something to be desired. Feels like they never have the music going either. Just kind of get your coffee and go location. But otherwise due to the kind nature of the workers here this spot is still five stars IMO.

They struggled just a bit to get orders right when they were super busy, but they made it right in the end.

Friendly and busy little Starbucks tucked away in the Shaw's parking lot. Everyone I've encountered there was super nice. Highly recommend.

I had one of the best customer service interactions today at this Starbucks location. As I exited Starbucks today I accidentally dropped my coffee. I walked back into the store with the remainders of the container told the Starbucks girls what happened and asked to order new drink and they didn't even charge me without batting an eye. They turned what could have been an embarrassing experience into and understanding positive one. I will be back at the Starbucks because of this interaction.

Wonderful staff! We use the app to order when we were staying in Newport. For some reason, the app defaulted to our local store in East Greenwich despite specifically choosing this location. The East Greenwich store on Main Street was unwilling to give us a credit and made it clear that they were inconvenienced to set our order aside to pick up later. This store gave us our order and did not charge us for it because they understood the mix-up. Very very professional and customer service oriented!

Hard-working staff were super pleasant and got my order in a timely manner, despite some ugly customers… Stephen 100% deserves a raise!!

Great service all the time..since they know you come in daily from a 16 hour shift. but one flaw I have is I wish my drinks would be consitant and taste the same everyday. I get one everyday same drink I get daily tastes different everyday everytime.

I would like to shoutout Marissa for being so kind to me today 6/16. I was having a terrible day and her act of kindness truly turned it around.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating! I can't have caffeine but the staff helped find and make me a wonderful fall flavored decaf beverage. Thank you again!

I've never really been a Starbucks fan but this staff has changed that for me. They are friendly, knowledgable, work quickly and cleanly, and they remember their customers. It's nice not to feel like just a face in the crowd.

Stand alone location not inside another store. Friendly baristas. Not overly busy but also not dead. There's usually students there doing work/ hanging out. If you like Starbucks and are in the area this will do nicely. Oh, no drive thru at this location.

Super clean and awesome baristas! I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha Frap and they definitely made it right! Shoot, I'm lactose intolerant and I gladly risk myself for their fraps!
Their mochas and Latte's are great too!

I definitely recommend this place if you want to chill out, finish up some work and sip some wicked good coffee or tea!
