Excellent service. Needed a replacement turn signal bulb. A female store employee came out to help, I had a new bulb installed in minutes and I was on my way. She even offered to help finding a difficult part that I’d given up on. Thank you to a fellow “get-er-done” gal. I appreciate you!

I was leaving home for a medical appointment and my Range Rover wouldn't start. I suspected the battery was dead. I cancelled my appointment and called O'Reilly's. Tammy answered the phone and she looked up what type of battery my car took. They had 2 options in stock that both came with a 3 year warranty. I asked if they could deliver it. To my pleasant surprise they could! Tammy delivered it right away, and she even installed it! I'm so glad because I was frazzled with looking up how to install the battery online. She hooked something up to my console to backup my car's computer, and she replaced my battery in just a few minutes. My car started up immediately. I told her how my car showed a weird sign I'd never seen before when I tried to start it earlier, and she asked was it a voltage sign? I said yes! I'm so grateful for her knowledge, helpfulness, and expertise. She inspires me to want to learn more about auto mechanics and helping others in need. I seriously don't know what I would have done without her help. I'm now able to go to an appointment I have scheduled for later today. I love O'Reilly's and Tammy! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

While making a 1200 mile journey, our alternator went out. Tammy came to our rescue with the part we needed along with knowledge and optimism that I will be forever grateful for. Thank you Tammy for resolving our car issues and helping us get home for the holiday!
