Excellent customer service there's a gentleman that's a server that's name is Chris he always goes above and beyond to create and I'm kind of professional matter and service from him is 100% accurate and delivered in a personal matter and professional matter I commend your employee above and beyond

Absolutely love this location. I stop by here to eat every 6 months on my way from Santa Barbara to UCLA to eat before driving there. Service is always fast & staff is always friendly & the dining room & restrooms r always clean. Great location to eat & pump gas across the street & get on hwy 101 going south

Solid McDonald’s off the 101. The McNuggets were nice and crispy. The sweet tea with half unsweet was made just ride. I think the prices are a bit less than L.A. County too. No drive thru, but the mobile order service was quick.

The service here was top notch! They were very quick and didn't seem unhappy while working.

Very clean and spacious McDonalds on HWY 101.
Compared to the nearby McDonalds, it has large and clean parking lot.

Very strange. Probably the best tasting cheese burger and Big Mac. Usually they all taste the same " Industrial "

The views from this McDonald's are the best of any McDonald's that I've visited. This McDonald's has all of the features including kiosk ordering and parking to pick up mobile orders placed from the McDonald's app.
There's a very beautiful and peaceful view from the back side of the restaurant.
Great stopping place for travelers on US 101 that are going through Carpinteria. It is right at the Casitas Pass Road exit.

MUST VISIT IN SB!!!!! These are the best empanadas I have ever had. Please stop by when you're in town, you will not be disappointed.

Can't go wrong. Consistent, convenient, and cost effective

This place was awesome, we ate inside of the restaurant as there was no drive thru on the way back from the Moxi Museum driving back to Los Angeles. The place was decently clean and very peaceful because it was practically empty mean reason was probably the heavy rain we were having today. Anyways it was a great experience and if I ever go back to the Moxi Museum again, I would definitely come back here and dine in.

Love coming to this location. Everyone is so nice and they even helped me find my wallet! I had thrown it in the trash Hy accidentally. This is also an updated review. The workers there in the morning they now feel like family because I am there everyday.

Great service. And even though they do NOT have a drive through at this location they have a walk up window so you can still order while staying safe during the pandemic. . . Get a secrete menu item while your here: vanilla Carmel shake. Ask for a vanilla shake and customize it by asking for a Carmel drizzle on the inside of the cup and ontol of the whipped cream. Its free to add the Carmel and its delicious.

They do not have a drive thru. I thought I'd be disappointed but they made up with their prompt service and many order options.

This McDonald's is as ever other. However, there currently is no fine in service. You may use the app or order outside and wait. We ordered outside and the order was delivered quickly and without any issues.

The staff was very nice to us. I ordered the classic big Mac. We had jus come back from the memo Only concert and happened to sit next to CRAIG XEN while eating food. Naturally gotta pic. Once in a lifetime 🔥
