Pet Supplies Plus Irmo

I took my yorkie puppy here to get groomed. Sydney was the groomer who took care of him and she was so delightful! She was sweet and very welcoming. My puppy was nervous at first but she handled him so well. When I picked him up, he didn't act nervous around her at all and was very happy. He looked so cute too. I had no issues at all and recommend them!

I love taking my bulldog here. They have everything she needs, food treats and toys. They also have a great rewards program.

I used to order from Chewy because I can't stand lugging 50 lb bags of dog food and 35 lb cat litter. I get coupons in the mail from PSP all the time so I ordered from them and got free delivery and the coupon and I earn reward points. Not only that, if I order by 11am I usually receive it by 2 pm! How is this not the best thing ever? They have everything I need even if they are not a huge warehouse size store. Try it and you will love it too. When I do go in the store everyone is friendly and helpful.

I love this location! Brightens my day every time I visit. The staff are friendly and helpful, and Lindsay in particular always greets my dog by name when we come in. I find everything I need for dogs and my aquarium, and they have great sales. Five stars.

Although I think the prices are very high, Carrie did a great job on my dog and my dog seemed very happy after. I understand that the prices have to encompass all dogs of all temperaments but my dog is probably the easiest dog to groom and I think Carrie would attest

Really nice! Very clean and well organized. That matters a lot to me in a pet store. We also happened to run out of dog food two days before Christmas, and the store was handling the busy season very well!

This is the best Pet Supplies Plus location hands down. We have shopped at several and drive to this location every time for our pets needs. Kristi is the best manager we have ever dealt with at any pet store. If you need anything for your pet, go here!!

I shop here often for dog, cat and bird food and toys. The staff is always helpful and they offer to pick up heavy items off shelf and will assist you loading car.

I went yesterday and the staff greet my dogs first then me, which is fine since my dogs are their favorites, specially my 3.5 pounds Chihuahua that i carry in a bag.

I am always able to find what I need in Pet Supplies Plus. I don’t buy my pet food in the grocery store anymore. The staff is always nice and helpful.

Always out of food bowls when I need to replace them. I have three dogs and I buy the same for each. The last time I had to drive to 5 Pts to get 3 of the same size. They do not reorder these on a timely basis. Long time customer. Rest is ok. 👍🏻

I have been a shopper at Pet Supplies Plus Irmo for many many years, and I always feel comfortable. I easily find what I need, and leave with a smile. I feel like this is a neighborhood "family" store. Any time I have a question, someone walks me to the place where that item is. I have started taking my pets there for baths, also, and really enjoy that service. I find the products I need, and always feel comfortable here. Thanks!

i always go there to get my guniea pigs needs. came in today and fell in love with these two babies. all the staff was very helpful!

They always have crickets!! Staff is very nice and prices are really good. They have a little doggie bakery stand and always have a doggie cupcake or bone that says happy birthday. Good selection of Beta Fish and stuff for reptiles.

This is where I come for everything I need to get for my pets. It’s a nice little store and everyone is friendly there and when you ask for help. The prices are also much more reasonable than places like petsmart or other competitors. I tried out their delivery service today for the first time and was very surprised that I received my package the same day only like an hour after ordering! It says if you place an order before 1 pm you’ll receive your order in the same day but I ordered after 1 but still got my package today! These guys are awesome. Make sure you sign up your phone number/email for their rewards programs. It really helps save money. With my order today, you get free shipping over $35. My order was originally $42 for 2 items, but after applying the coupon they sent me in try email and the free shipping, I managed to turn my 2 item order into 5 ITEMS INSTEAD and got it all for $38, cheaper than before with less items!! I definitely recommend this pet store for anyone
