Don Tequilas Mexican Grill & Cantina

Been here before, but wanted to give them a try since I was in the mood for nachos...they didn't disappoint at all...atmosphere is nice and the music is good! My server seem new but he did a great job overall...ordered a house margarita since its 5 o'clock somewhere...surprisingly their house margarita is better than most places...it was strong and had a nice taste! I also ordered the fajita nachos with steak...and they were excellent!!! Right amount of cheese and peppers and the steak was tender.. also they have a rewards program...great place to have a drink...eat good..and relax especially for lunch...I'll definitely be back! Good job guys!!!

Best Hispanic food I have ever had. Absolutely amazing food. And I'm from South Florida, we had tons of Hispanic restaurants. Parking is horrible; they have a small parking lot and a ton of customers. But it is definitely worth every bit of it. The owner or mgr. likes to interact with his customers. They make your food in front of you and ask what you want so you never get anything that you don't want. I highly recommend this place!!!

Went on a Saturday evening so I was expecting more of a raucous crowd. It was quite the opposite. Fortunately it did not need to be. The food was GREAT, although portions were a little on the petite side. Our servers were very attentive, helpful and professional. The food came out quickly and the fresh guacamole was very Fresh. I highly recommend Don T's. Please note it's a bit off the main mall road so not easy to find but worth it when you do.

Food here is amazing! I was at a hotel nearby and the staff there recommended this spot, my family and I were not disappointed at all!

This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area! Food and drinks are always great, fresh, hot and many options. This Mexican restaurant has many more options than others in the area that have the same menu at every location. Service is great every time. Very friendly and fast. Good variety of drinks. There is a margarita for anyone's taste preference. I also enjoy their mules. The watermelon margarita tastes just like a jolly rancher! This restaurant is tucked behind a few other businesses so I think it gets missed. I have never had to wait for a table. Try it, you won't regret it!

Filling meal! You have a lot of vegetarian options here. The veggie quesadilla and corn esquites was amazing. The veggie fajitas was served with warm tortillas. Overall it's good for big parties!

This is my favorite Mexican spot in the Columbia area. The food is always fresh and great tasting. They break away from typical Mexican joints with the higher end decor and more sophisticated dining options. This is done while still catering to the casual Mexican fan with delicious queso and rice and beans.

The chipotle enchiladas are my favorite, but everything I've gotten from here is great. Would highly recommend. Service is always spot on as well.

Delicious, the salsa has a wonderful, strong cilantro flavor, the birria tacos were crispy & the consomé was perfect not oily. Great chile rellenos. I really like cilantro.

We had to leave quickly because we ran out of time to get my son back to the army base. They quickly grabbed to-go boxes for us and got us on our way without complaint. The food was very good! Hopefully if we ever make it back we can eat it in the restaurant instead of on the road.

The food is excellent no matter what you order! All of the wait staff recommendations were excellent and so were they! I had lunch and dinner here.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Columbia! The staff is always friendly and kind. We have excellent customer service every time. The dining room is always clean and the food is delicious!

First time going and food was magnificent!!! The waiter was also generous and constantly checked in on me and my partner. One of my top tier!!

Amazing place. Has a very authentic Mexican vibe. The food is always great and fully cooked. Eat there at least once or twice a month. The burritos are always good and the trio dip is amazing. This last time that I went I got the burrito asado and it was perfect. The burrito was big and full of meet and veggies.

Came in with a difficult order and the manager met and exceeded expectations. So the closest to authentic I have tasted in East coast states.

Cater to myself day. Enjoy my day off. The food is good. Relaxing environment to the music. Rainy day but still sunshine in my eyes.

Very good restaurant for some excellent Mexican food. The service was very quick and helpful. I wanted to order something a bit different than the usual tacos or burritos so I tried the Mar Y Tierra. Wow! I loved it. You can bet I will be ordering this dish again. It came with steak and shrimp with mixed veggies and rice.
