AT&T Store

A warm expression of thanks to Julian (Katella and Knott AT&T). On top of providing the customer service I would have expected, Julian has a way of being immersed into the intent/mind-frame of the customer (me). Thus, bringing the customer to the most optimal and logical program/plan for their specific needs. Lastly, as a teacher, I always tell my students that you don't have to be very dramatic and theatrical to be enthusiastic about something. The purpose of being enthusiastic is to hopefully bring the listener (or in this case the customer), to do business with AT&T and also encourage the customer to be hungry for knowledge beyond the payments and numbers on the bill.

Julian effortlessly did all of the above with a peaceful demeanor. I walked out of this AT&T store more knowledgeable of all-things-smart phones.

My first time @ this location. I was welcomed by everyone. BUT Alexandra helped me out purchasing my new item. Sweet, patient & informative. She notified about the at&t DEALS and made everything make sense crystal clear when i was a little lost. I saved money ! I did come back for another purchase, she KNEW what i came in for and i was in and out quickly. TIME definitely not wasted ! ASK for Alexandra!!

I visited this store today because I had been working with AT&T on the phone for the last 4 days on a new order. The complete ineptness of AT&T's phone service had me on the verge of moving all my services to Verizon. Jennifer at this location gets all the credit for retaining me as a customer. Her personality was awesome, knowledge was amazing, and I couldn't be more appreciative of her help. Julian also assisted me with new accessories. I highly recommend this store and its staff. Never use AT&T's phone resources.....Never!

Great experience! I went in with a billing issue and was very upset. David went above and beyond to help me and his manage, William, was also incredibly helpful and made sure my issue was resolved. At the end, my account was fixed and I was able to get the phone I wanted.

Jenny G. was so helpful and kind. When I came in I had a terrible coughing episode and went outside until it passed. She sent my daughter out with water and gave me a cough drop. Very helpful! In addition to that kindness she was very knowledgeable and helped resolve an issue I was having establishing new lines for smart watches. I will definitely come back when I have other mobile needs! This AT&T store has the greatest employees in the world! JENNY and SERGIO were helping me though out my entire situation. They were both very helpful, understanding, and professional. The service I received here was absolutely outstanding! The employees here actually care and want the best for there customers. Sergio went above and beyond to help me with my phone. I can't say enough how great these people were. The way they helped other customers while I was there was also great! They genuinely help all there people! THIS IS THE BEST AT&T EVER!

Jenny is very friendly and willing to help and answer all my questions. Before I came to this store I was treated so unfriendly but Jenny changed that. Now I can’t wait to upgrade with her. I’m so happy to meet her!

This store is not only a great location but the sales reps in this location take their time to make sure that everything is taken care of their patient and considerate

I went to this AT&T store 7 days before an overseas vacation trip hoping to upgrade my iPhone to the 13 Pro Max so that I could take advantage of the camera during my trip. Quite frankly, I didn’t think I would get it in time. After all, my girlfriend ordered hers from another telecommunications company and waited over a month to get it. I met Oscar and Hansel, the manager. Oscar is professional, knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. He seemed to believe I would be able to get the phone in time so I took my chances and ordered. Sure enough, it came within a few days. The ordering process with Oscar with quick and smooth. When I went back to pick up the phone, Hansel helped me set up the new phone and transferred all the data, etc. He even went as far as taking additional time to put on a case and the screen protector (something I dread doing). Overall, I am very satisfied with the service I received from this store as I feel that both Oscar and Hansel went above and beyond to ensure I am well taken care of. I really appreciate your work. Thanks guys!

Jenny is amazing! She helped me fix my phone. Connected my new watch to my phone. Loved how eager she wanted to help. Showed me all the settings. Jenny went above and beyond.

Thank you Jenny!! After having horrible experiences for so many years we finally found someone to help our family out! Came in to compare prices with T-Mobile and not only was she patient with us but we walked out with 5 new phones and lines!! She made our experience easy and thorough. It’s nice to have someone that not only enjoys their job but very knowledgeable to make things more pleasant for us. She took care of any questions we had afterwards and always takes care of our problems immediately!

This place is so awesome, I was a T-Mobile customer forever and I came to this store to look at prices and promotions on phones. Jenny helped me and it was like she was sent from heaven! A very nice employee helped me put a screen protector on my phone for free that I Got from another place, she offered me great deals for cases and screen protectors and gave me an honest opinion about the one I had just got, Her name is Jenny she is very nice and a great employee!
