Lowe's Home Improvement

I want to do some gardening I went to Lowe’s I like this branch it sis very clean and organized I like it and the people very friendly help y out with a smile I enjoyed my shopping they help me with what I needed to get and more I love when you go somewhere and they give you good customer service I really enjoyed being there.

Logan is the associate that helped me and truly was the most helpful person I have ever had to help me. I had called prior to my arrival and asked if there was someone that could help me rekey the locks I had. He put me on a brief hold and then told me to come in and they would be able to help. Once I arrived, a couple other associates said they didn’t have anyone to help me and then suddenly Logan appeared. He said he had done it before and he would help me. He saved the day and made sure to keep his word. He truly gave it his all as the lock was giving him some issues and he didn’t give up. He did both locks and was so kind. Often I go in and there is not many that can help me (they always say “it’s not their department" and I go on a wild goose chase). Logan truly cares about customers and it shows. He continued to help others while working on my lock and made sure everyone felt seen and heard. Other associates were just walking by, yet Logan stood out as his leadership, his initiative and just pure joy of his job shined so bright! He deserves employee of the month or even year! I truly don’t like going into hardware stores as I always feel lost and that no one cares. Not this day! Logan was beyond awesome! I told him he needs a new badge that said “Best Employee Ever!” I think you need to promote this man to a manager position and give him a raise! I never do these reviews often, as no one typically in my experience goes the extra mile… Logan has made me now pick Lowe’s every time over Home Depot!! Everyone should be like Logan! Hire more Logan’s.

Went looking for tile. Wasn't sure exactly what type, size, or finish I wanted. A lady came up and offered her help. Not a pushy salesman. Just really nice and excited to be of help. She is the reason I opened a Lowes card and bought from them. I wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a shout-out.

Lowe’s I’ve found is better than home depot and that’s hard for me to say because Home Depot is one of my favourite places but… Home Depot has a problem with their employees getting up in your business, even though you’ve already told them that you don’t need it. Lowe’s lets you shop alone and only if you ask for help will they give it to you.

I would like to take the time to acknowledge Hector in the appliance department. My husband and I needed to buy a new washer. Hector was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up buying the washer and dryer being that they had a great promotion going on.
Thank you Hector for taking the tome to assist us with this much needed purchase. Great customer service!!

I had a fantastic experience with Chloe in customer service! She skillfully assisted me in price matching my item, and the outcome was absolutely awesome. Her expertise and efficiency made my shopping experience a delight.

We went to purchase a drill and ended up purchasing a grill. I have a Honda Crv and thought it wouldn’t fit but James an associate from Lowe’s kindly took it upon himself to help us. Thank you, he was very kind and went far beyond in customer service. This will always be out store . Thank you James.

Just wanted to stop by and give Big ED in paint a SHOUT OUT for being so helpful with my wife and I last night. A+ Customer Service!

Lowe's employees are great! Very helpful and friendly. With their help I bought exactly what I needed. Thank you to the wonderful lady who worked in the paint department and helped me today and the great gentleman who helped me choose the correct mortar mix and items I needed to work with the mortar. The cashier was just really sweet, too!

My home away from home ~ Sometimes up to 3 times a day (kind of embarrassing but I get home only to remember I forgot something or I didn't buy enough) I should just get a job there !

Always a good selection, clean aisles and organized shelves.

Mostly very friendly employees, who are quite knowledgeable. A few that are rude. Usually well stocked.

Lowes is a great place for all your home improvement projects as a small business owner I'm looking for best prices and highest quality I get both here...

Everything for your home improvement jobs! The garden center is pretty reasonable, too. Be sure to check the clearance plants for deals on end of season plants that may just need a little extra care. Lots of parking in a pretty secure lot. There are several security carts with cameras, etc.

I rather look in the story if I have the money than digging in. The storage for a car to get to things

Love this store really organized and easy to find everything you need

Clean store, not very many employees on the floor, never as many as Home Depot (sorry). Used one of the four self check-out registers and was quickly on my way with my purchase. The garden center is usually very nice with many plants and flowers to pick from. Also a nice selection of indoor plants inside the store.

Lowe's just added 5 stars for me, it is about time they figured out why we shop there. There was a gentleman in lumber available to cut my wood to length, and 2 other store clerks asked if we needed help. I come here for great products AND customer service and it seemed for awhile they lacked the latter, but it is now back to how it should be, customer service that exceeds other home improvement stores.
