Anita in the women’s shoe section was very attentive, patient, and helpful with my mom. Was honestly very happy with the service she provided. Her customer service was a 10.

We usually do not buy make up here but our experience with the associate was taken to a new level. Lucio personified the perfect customer service experience.

The good: Customer service given to a 110%. Lucio took the time to answer all of my wife's questions and showed his 12 years of make up experience.

The bad: Waiting time which I think was an isolated incident.

The ugly: None found

If you ever buy make up here, ask for Lucio and he will help you out all the way!

it is a nice store and properly stocked. it is so hard these days to find an open register or an associate to help you. but it is still one of my favorite stores to shop. I really like their shoe section it is quite extensive.

Fabulous fragrance counter. The girls are like friends, ready to help you out and get the sent for you. I have tried so many, and they help with all my questions. Vendors are also a great asset. I love that I came before the crazy holidays. The holidays are beautiful, but very busy.

3 floors of quality products: women, men, kids and much more. Sale prices across the store. When you by a lot, ask for a a (visitor coupon 10 % extra)

Bluntly, we went for Toys R us. It was about the same size as other ones. But we went first thing in the morning and it was very nicely organized. Lots of toys. Great for the kids and their Christmas wish list.

The store was clean and organized. I like the selection of clothing and other products. I recommend Macys stores. They can improve on hiring extra employees.

Worst experience ever! We will not be returning to Macys Home in Cerritos! Me and my Sisters were looking to purchase a new couch for our mother and testing too see which one she would like best. We didn’t get to continue searching because we were approached by a very rude staff. Who stated you can’t test those couches test it when you buy it and take it home. He definitely ruined our experience at this location. People like that shouldn’t work till they are trained with good customer service. He could’ve approached us in a different way.

Staff was so nice helping me order make up they had out of stock.

Update October 2022...this is what I got see today at Macy's in the kids floor. My 8 yr. old was so happy to finally see it in real life and not just on YouTube videos. I use to take him when he was a toddler up until about 3ish but he doesn't remember. Great job Macy's!!!

I purchased sheets of excellent quality at a great discounted price!

I found what I needed, but I couldn't try the clothes on. Only 1 fitting room was open, and the line was long. After 15 minutes I had to get out of waiting room line and get in cashier line. Tried clothes on at home. I had time constraints. Cashier situation was troubling as well. At 1 point all 4 in one station stepped away. Other customers just left their purchases and left the store. I know it's not the workers fault they are short staffed.

A great Macys. Especially and I mean major cheers to the folks in the women's shoe department. Helpful and courteous. Every single person working on this last Saturday. It was busy, did not phase them one bit. I loved it. It was so awesome I had to buy some shoes. Thank you so much for making shoe shopping a fun experience again. Good job. 👍

Macy's is the best , I can always find the Better products here. Never an issue !
