Ms. Hara was so kind, genuine, and caring. I loved talking to her and she honestly is so helpful. She deserves a raise!

This is a larger Staples with a wider selection. One aisle has what appears to be the entire line of Post-It notepads. I quickly found a single-pack steno-sized notepad and bought it. This location is far from my home so I’ll only shop here again if I need something from Staples and happen to be in the area.

I make a lot of crafts and art projects.. Raven in the copy section is not only upbeat and cool they’re extremely knowledgeable! I always hope to get their help when I bring over a new project (posters/printing/lamination).. thanks Raven

I came to print an illustration for framing. If you’re doing regular copy/printing there’s a self printing. And for any special needs like different paper, etc, you have to ask for help.
She gave me sample papers to touch and pick, and did few prints to make sure I like it!

Tip for first timers:
Bring files in a USB.

I just realized that I forgot my power cord at my office and I was due to have a zoom meeting with my company in less than an hour. I was panicking my girlfriend suggested I call around to find a replacement I wasn’t very confident, but I called Staples in Cypress and I spoke to the manager and she told me to come down and they would help me. I was doubtful that they could help me find or even get me out of there in time to make my meeting. I walked in and the manager greeted me, she was a nice young lady with a great attitude. The salesmen came to meet me and said he was waiting for me. It took literally 10 minutes. They went above and beyond the best service I have ever received. I hope they read this because they saved me and I want them both to know I really appreciated their service and dedication to me as a desperate customer that will never forget them. I will never shop anywhere else when it comes to my office supply needs.

I needed office supplies for my offices and customers do not always put items back where they belong! Not staples fault! It's best to order products and you can have employees pick up or orders. You can have supplies mailed or delivered. AWESOME SERVICE!

I get all my business needs done here at this location. Sarah helped me out on various occasions and she is absolutely phenomenal in getting my needs met.

Any office supply need you have will be net at Staples. The Cypress Staples is always clean, stocked and well organized, plus the staff is friendly and willing to help.
