Emily and David are amazing. Spending over 2 hours with me figuring out the best for my family to save money. It is so refreshing bc every penny counts in this economy. They are not willing to sell me the most just so they benefit. They are absolutely looking out for their customers. So glad I picked this location to come to!

Jake Spitz assisted me with making a claim with Assure for a replacement phone. He efficiently took care of every detail. He also notified my husband of a loyalty promotion to upgrade to a new phone. It is definitely cost effective to do so. Jake is polite and very knowledgeable about everything at Verizon. It was an outstanding transaction experience.

I don't normally write reviews, but Brian E at the 905 E Rand Road Mount Prospect Verizon location just exemplifies outstanding customer service. I am an older individual who dealt with Brian multiple times, going back & forth from trading an iPhone 5 for an iPhone 13 pro, and ultimately reverting back to iPhone mini. While all of the guys at this Verizon are great to work with, Brian is the kind of employee that makes you glad you went there. Each time I worked with him, he was patient, personable, competent, knowledgeable, and handled my issue from start to finish with a smile on his face and a relaxed tone. Last night, he went above and beyond to help me get my new phone set up, all billing corrected, and account pin reset so that I was all set with my new phone before a long trip. It was a Saturday night, the store closed at 9pm, and Brian stayed until nearly 11pm, still smiling and relaxed, to iron out all issues I may have had if he had not handled this situation so beautifully. He worked on the problem for almost 2.5 hours until every single issue was resolved. He never got grumpy, he just handled it all with a level of professionalism that is rare these days. I have not experienced THIS level of customer service from any store employee for at least the past twenty-five years, and I would not hesitate to send everybody I know over to him. My entire experience was superb and Brian's commitment to excellence really sets a standard. This guy shines, he deserves that recognition, and they are lucky to have him.

All sales people are in suits, very courteous and very professional. If not busy, you will get super service as soon as you walk through the door. Miguel was very patient, kind, and explained all of your options. We bought great phones and saved a lot of money on our monthly bill. Great job!

To anyone reading this, only visit authorized Verizon stores! A different Verizon store set my dad and me up with a "shared" plan, only for me to find out a few days later they had never added my number or charged me for my cellular plan even though we had a receipt and my new phone. Brian was nice enough to get me set up at the MP store, and we will not be going back to any other Verizon store from now on! My disappointed with the original service we received disappeared as he got my old pictures/contacts/data transferred to my new device. Thank you Brian for your time and kindness!!!

I came across this Verizon store after searching online for the best local store reviews. I knew Dan was the person I needed to talk to after reading all the great reviews about him.

He did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in the store at 7:30pm, with 3 little kids in tow, in desperate need of help, Dan was my savior.

In a world where I put everyone else’s needs and wants before mine, Dan made sure my needs and wants were put first and he never used that ‘salesmen’ pitch, it was all about me. He was patient and reassuring and kind. He truly was one of the best people I have had the pleasure to meet and work with.

I was recently in the market for a new phone and got in touch with Nathaniel about the iPhone 13 Pro. Customer service was smooth as can be, he also offered me an awesome deal when I traded in my old phone. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Omar was outstanding!! He was able to not only solve my immediate issue, but fixed the settings so my photos would automatically upload to my laptop. He was most respectful, but clear in his explanations. I will certainly call on him again should I need to do so.

Before i went to the store i called, because that was the closest Verizon location to my house. I spoke with Jordan. Week after that i went to the store i found Jordan and he was extremley polite, well prepared and gave me amazing experience. Even if he was new member of the team he performed amazing service. Great attitude and walk me though the entire process. I will strongly recommend VERIZON to my friends, this Verizon location and specially Jordan. As a customer i had great experience and i am really satisfied with mu choice.

They are cool, friendly and very helpful. Jose is awesome and very knowledgeable. He was willing to help me on a trade in/billing issue that was time consuming and very frustrating to fix but kept at it until the problem got resolved. They have a very nice setup at their store. Definitely should check it out if you are looking for new phones or are unhappy with your current provider. Always have different promos or deals going on on various phones. Verizon isn't the cheapest but they do have the best service and customer service.

Long overdue but I went in to get questions answered about getting my wife a new phone for Christmas. We have been long time Verizon customers and with Kian’s help ended up getting 5 new phones for my family! Great discount, the phones arrived shortly after. He helped transfer all the info at a reasonable charge. We had an issue with a corporate discount. He took the time to get it resolved with Verizon. A very pleasurable experience, as I told him Cell phone buying ranks 2nd worse to car buying…. But not this time. Kian was the difference maker.

I was switching to Verizon and Piotr was fantastic. If I could give him a 10 on a scale of 5 for going above and beyond what’s expected of him, I will absolutely do it. He understood Verizon and it’s products really well. I did not know him before but he still went above and beyond. I really appreciated that. Because of my busy schedule, it would have been difficult to come back again and finish up what I was doing. Instead, Piotr stayed a little late even if it was after business hours to finish porting.

In summary, he was a fabulous Verizon representative. I am so glad, he helped me. Otherwise, it would have taken 2 times as longer to get the job done.

I have never had a more wonderful customer service experience! My phone decided its time had come after less than a year having it, but Laela helped us to tweak our bill so that I could get a new, better one, without moving our bill much at all. She spent about two hours with us, showing me phone options as well as the pros and cons of each (and was patient as I freaked out over making a decision!). She went above and beyond and looked into the details of our monthly bill to see where money could be saved. Overall, an incredible experience that we won't soon forget!

I would like to write in praise of Verizon cellular sales in Mt Prospect, Il.
Both my husband and I received exceptional service and help in purchasing our phones. Our salesperson/representative, Mitch Kreiter treated us professionally and with a good understanding of our needs. His knowledge and expertise in cellular matters was remarkable. In addition to his time with us in the store, he suggested that we could contact him further if we had other related questions that might crop up after we left. We will return to this store for future other purchases.

Dan was super helpful getting my wife set up with a new phone. We were helped right away when walking into the store, Dan knew his stuff about all of the choices, and he was honest and personable. I would highly recommend going to this location. It was a breath of fresh air from other wireless stores we have gone to.
