Just had the best birthday party for my 5yo, we chose the tie-dye theme package and all the kids had a blast! Staffs were super helpful and the backdrop/photo op was so thoughtful, will definitely come back for more!

This Michaels changed my life... Actually I have no hobby in my life for some years... One day I accidentally went Michaels to know what kind of shop it is .. but while seeing the products they sale in arts , crafts and paints made me to invest my time and money in painting.... They have all kind of raw materials for all kind of arts... If you become a regular customer of michaels, you will never stop with one kind of art instead you will explore all kinds of art and paintings using the raw materials available in the shop. The way they arrange all their products for sale also tempts us to buy .. for all age groups, we can get whatever raw materials we want for arts... Especially if you feel that your kid is always using mobile phones, just get them there and you will get lot of products for kids activities in arts, crafts and paintings in low price .. now I am a regular customer of Michaels... Thanks Michaels for changing my life...

Very happy one finally opened up after the old store closed years ago off Central and Rand. Yes this store is huge! But there are signs everywhere that explain where and what are in specific aisles. Found everything I needed for my kid's crafts. Real good deals and coupons off their website. Experience with staff has been pleasant. Didn't have any run-ins with rude employees. Only complaint is that lines to checkout can be long at times.

The customer service at the store was really nice. They helped with the questions I had and gave me suggestions for what could be a better approach to my projects.

It was wonderful to be back in Michael's today after all this time.the staff was extremely helpful in finding me things and welcomed me back warmly. There weren't very many people in the store, and I found enough thread and other sewing supplies so that I didn't have to go to Jo-Ann fabrics also. I heard from someone who works there that there were lines outside the store as they could only let a certain number of people in at a time.

I'm always impressed with the ability and talent if the people working in the custom framing section. They will work with you to get just what you want or at least as close as possible! The checkout staff is also friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this store!

We where able to find what we needed quickly. Although I would just enjoy hanging out. It's brite and has plenty of help if you have questions. I just like Michael stores in general. People seem happy to go to a craft store like this. I recommend this store.

A one-stop-shop for all my craft and crafts needs I could easily by the magical liquid to make slime easier for us if I want to fix Electronics I could buy soldering iron pen along with the roll of solder or how about my own 3D printing pen i would absolutely be proud of making another new object, its a great experience for both a job and to shop , it also has good Christmas trees that don't burn all the houses down, i had a great customer service, plus their free wifi is speedy just like mcdonalds and burger king
I would sincerely absolutely definitely for sure try to shop here and one last thing their glue guns are very top notched with action
