Dave W in the meat department is wonderful! Always very helpful and polite. Honestly there’s a lot of rude employees at this location specifically the lady in customer service with the short cut but Dave is wonderful. He was closing up because the department had just closed and I walked up and he got me the shrimp I asked for. After a long day in healthcare that little thing made my entire night. Thank you so much Dave W.

Jewel is by far the top value vs freshness vs price in the Industry

For a local grocery, this Jewel-Osco always has plenty of selections! I love this grocery market! Always clean and fully stocked shelves! They know how to do it right!

I buy here on let's say maybe around 3 times in a month. I love the app to get the best deals and coupons. I went this past 6 days to get some roses and they have really good ones and in great condition. I love this place and when I can't find what I look for in other stores I come by and they actually do have it in-stock.

Best Jewel-Osco, will go out of my way just to shop here, in Mt Prospect store.
It is so well maintained, clean, neatly organized. It is the people who have been there for so long now, that make this place stand out, hoping they'll never retire :)

Jewel the past 2 weeks has had 2 of my favored produce items on sale sweet potatoes at 5 cents a pound limit 15 pounds and avocados 5 cents each limit 4. Now if Jewel could get Frito-Lay to stock party size Fritos (Scoops), I will be happy, I won't have to shop for them a Mariano's.

Love going to the jewel, it’s a Chicagoland staple. Great staff, great selection, super proud to have an amazing Jewel in my neighborhood. Try the sushi!

This is my REGULARLY VISITED store. I know where things are at. Staff if friendly. It's Wednesday night, Jan 12 and the shelves are a little bare! Almost 0 Purina Fancy Feast cans on the shelves. All's good...

Always get great service from Karen in the Liquor dept. Very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to find out if something is in stock. She is very always friendly and smiling. Thanks Karen for all your help over the years much appreciated.

Excellent grocery store, friendly people

This is an easy in easy out location. The staff is friendly and store is always clean. Carts are stocked and if I need something there is usually someone roaming the aisles that can help.

Close by. Easy to navigate. Helpful staff.

The pharmacists are fantastic here. The staff as well. I wasn't aware of their late-night procedure and the staff present helped me through it. The same for finding masks in the store as I had run out.

I come here sometimes during my lunch break and it is always FULL of super old people. Downside is they will obliviously stand in the way of items you want and then nearly run you over in the parking lot. HOWEVER, this location also has a ton of self-checkout kiosks. Since the old people fear technology, these kiosks are almost always vacant, and I get in and out very quickly.

Great selection and always great deals. Some key shopping tips are if you use a Pur water filtration system they do no carry them. Jewels seems to only sale britta water filtration system.

Just grabbed a couple needful things on way home...NBD. one of best Jewel grocery stores around IMHO. Seemingly always well stocked; Fresh produce always high quality, Veggies & Fruit. Dairy use by dates very good; chicken & salmon very good; occasional pork roast & thin cut chops very good and once or twice a year a couple 8 oz filet mignon. Always seem to have ample checkout lanes open to handle the customer load. Cashiers are very pleasant and efficient. Parking is plenty year round, even when snow is stacked in rows.

The manager closing on 7/10/17 is very friendly and he did not hesitate to run around the register and help me when I dropped my groceries. Exceptional service, especially when I showed up about 15 minutes before they closed.

This is a very nice grocery store. Decent quality produce and lots of choices for needed products. We have decided to shop here since other stores in the area have stopped being on top of these things.

I use a motorized cart to due a permanent disability. They are very courteous when they bring the cart to my vehicle, always offer to help put the groceries in my vehicle. Employees are very friendly and helpful.
