As a local contractor, I spend every day of my life here. The people are great and everyone is always so friendly. I do not recall ever having any issues here and I have spent hundreds of thousands over the last 20-25 years. The store is easy to navigate and things are rarely out of stock. That's what keeps me coming back!

The best prices definitely! All of our friends ordered kitchen throughout them and definitely no one can compete their prices! Also, plenty of choices.L for everything! Going there again to check what lights they have 😃

First time at this Menard's location. Needed a new flagpole mount, which they had for $6.

The layout is a little different than other ones: the lighting is off by itself as usual, but it feels disjointed into 2 sides. Maybe the building was expanded at some point. It did not affect my ability to find what I needed.

The red font of the Menard's sign also threw me off, always expecting the white on green. Will visit again when I'm in the area, but I vastly prefer the one on Oakton in Morton Grove.

Definitely prefer this place to the other national chain nearby. Salesfloor staff is always willing to help and are friendly. Prices are reasonable and nice grocery and pet sections.

Yard pickup is a breeze! 1) Place your order online. 2) Scan your barcode at the yard, gate opens. 3) Load your vehicle. 4) Drive to exit gate and the guard scans again - done! I ordered 60 bags of mulch online and was back home with it in 30 minutes.

We needed "hard to find" plumbing fixtures, we didn't get what we needed but the employee that helped us gave us a lot of good ideas and was very helpful. A great place to shop, friendly employees, and a well stocked store.

Great store. Menards customer service is #1 among the big box home improvement stores. Unlike other big box stores, I was able to find two employees (willing to help) in two different departments to help me find what I needed. Both walked me to what I was looking for. One couldn't find the item and found another employee to help. Unlike Home Depot where a passing employee told me, "aisle 13" for what I needed and I (and another customer) had to wait over 10 minutes for someone to make two cuts on a 2x6. Menards is further from my house but they have the best selection and variety, best pricing, and customer service is obviously a priority.

Always clean and plenty of people to help out if you need to find specific things. they have food products, pet Department among all of their hardware and lumber supplies. In the summertime there's plenty of gardening supplies and plants. In Winter there are decorating and Christmas departments.

This location has everything you need, including grocery, pet, and household items. My friend and I came here to buy wood for garden beds we are making. Javier was a huge help to us and went above and beyond to get us what we needed.

We were interested in an electric fireplace and had some questions regarding the one we liked. Went to the front desk they got us in touch will Austin Kupon. He was extremely professional and talked us through all our questions, wrote it up and we paid. Two days later jus as he had promised we went to the pickup area and there it was. Thanks to you Austin.

Nicholas in plumbing and Jose in hardware/plumbing were so helpful. This past Saturday, they saved us hundreds by helping us with our unexpected bathroom project. We wanted to just change our wax ring in our master to be proactive but uncovered a larger project. The flange where the toilet sits on was totally corroded and we couldn't get the screws back on. They walked us through the most efficient way for non-plumbers like us to put our bathroom back in order. I highly recommend this store and these two guys are amazing. Thank you!

Amazing and so helpful staff! We came to buy a Christmas tree here . And they didn’t have the tree which we liked in stock . The guy who works there came and gave us the last one which was as a sample and also he told its on discount of 45%.
So we bought the best one for only 130$ in total . When the prices in target are 400$ for that tree. Thanks so much to staff they helped us to put it on the top of car and packed it.

Great place to visit when you are renovating your home or fixing something. Great outdoor garden. Indoor lumber yard is well stocked. Big department for all your vehicle needs. Seasonal items are well stocked.

A 5-star experience! We wanted to buy some pavers last night that were on sale on Ray's list but couldn't find the price at the store - not only did the manager (Shawn) help us out, but he did so quickly and efficiently. Liz also pitched in, as did one of the loaders - everyone we spoke to was trying to help us get what we needed. We couldn't take them with, so did a pickup the next day, and not only did Chris at the pickup desk provide outstanding service, but he instantly knew what product we were there to get and where it was located. This is how service is supposed to be - and rarely is these days. Thank you to all who participated to get us our pavers, including Israel and Javier and the other loader (we don't remember his name!) - we are greatly appreciative! :) Menards should give these guys all a thanks for excellent service.
