Brenda the manager helped me out with dirt one day. She was so understanding and went beyond my expectations to make my experience at the Mount Prospect location one to remember! I always go to this location because they offer options others don't. If you can count on anyone with the helping hand there it's Brenda! Thank you again!

I give you 5 start because I hate to give you 1 star review. But please train your personal, train your manager. In last 6 months at the register they try to help you but always they forgot to put your bags in your chart. See you recordings, because you have something like that. Home Depot was something before now the barr is getting to low.

Well-stocked store, friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent app that reveals product offerings, quantity available, and locations within the store.

This place is like my home away from home, especially during the summer. I always have an at-home project going and what does Home Depot not have? The staff here is always super friendly and helpful... the store is always clean and organized... what more could I want from a handy store? And during the warmer months they have great specials on outdoor plants, so keep your eyes open!

I ended up getting my Christmas 🎄 here. Kevin was a gem. He walked upto me within 60 seconds to ask if I needed help. My niece and I picked out a tree quickly and he confirmed that he felt this was the best tree at this height. He offered to cut a little off the bottom as well as clean up some of the bottom branches so that it would fit into the tree base. He secured the tree to my car quickly and efficiently. Thank you Home Depot. Give Kevin a raise. By the way, skip Menards around the corner. Their customer service was terrible.

I was picking up an online order in the morning and associate Maria was fantastic. It appeared my order was processed but not out together but she fixed it in minutes.

Fairly easy to find assistance for people. Clean, usually have most things in stock . Friendly employees

Not used to this layout but eventually I found everything I needed.

For corporate: stop treating your contractor clients like a redheaded step child or a thief.
We sometimes have items to return past policy date. Denying returns over $25 hurts us financially, and if it is still something you carry in stock there shouldn't be an issue with a return of a sealed item. Lowes has no issue with it and gives their manager a final say.
Sending your clients to your loss prevention provider website after a denied return is pointless and without recourse for the client.

The staff here is so helpful. We needed 11 boxes of tile picked up. They came to help us, counted tiles we need and help load into the car. Truly amazing customer experience

This is absolutely the nicest hardware/home improvement store I’ve ever been in. Clean, well-stocked, with friendly staff. I love that they have an entire section for smart home devices. They also have complimentary coffee!

They have the best customer service here.

i lost my receipt so i could not fill out a survey

josephine at mt prospect store went way beyond call of duty. i went in looking for bandages and i asked a employee where they were. they told me where but wrongly thought i was bleeding. i was walking all around the store looking for things

as i checked out josephine came up to me saying oh good i found you. i have been looking for you all over the store. do you need a bandage i heard you were bleeding.

i was fine but her concern made my day.

I was at Home Depot yesterday want to purchase a leave Blower. I ask one of the associates was at garden center He tried to avoid me do you match Amazon price!!! He said NO Matching online prices. I did not believe him I walked around and find a gentleman with name tags Associated Manager @ I asked could you match Amazon price on Dewalt leave Blower he said absolutely he walked with me to the aisle assisted to the end . Some of workers this days are At work to punch in 🤛 & 🥊.

I have to change my rating from 2* to 5* since this store has finally match Elk Grove Village with great customer service and my curbside pickup too. My orders are ready in a flash 🧡💛♥ This is the best of all! For my business side super helpful! Thank you Home Depot for delivering the best customer service to working people like me! 🙏

Brittany is THE BEST Home Depot employee in the Chicagoland area. She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue from Home Depot corporate. I have been to over 50 unique Home Depot locations but I have never experienced such customer service anywhere. She stayed on the phone with Home Depot corporate for over 30 mins to resolve a pricing issue. I cannot put in enough words to describe her implacable customer service. All I can say is that she made me a loyal Home Depot customer and I will be giving a lot of business because of her customer service
