I would give this place one star if it wasn’t for the older cat David,that guy is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond always helpful and really knows his stuff.whatever they’re paying him it’s not enough that man neees a raise

Excellent staff very professional. I had an issue with my lug nut on my Charger. Glenda was helping me with this issue and she took control and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed. And I will see again I appreciate that very much Glenda. 👍

A truly great customer care experience. I went in to buy wiper blades for my ageing Toyota, expecting the headache of wrestling off the old wipers when I got home. The sales associate, Chris G., offered to install them for me, and had the replacements on the car in just minutes. This above-and-beyond attitude to customer service is the best reason to shop here, and to keep coming back. Well done!

O'Reilly typically has great customer service and this one was no different in that regard. Even though the employee was not able to machine the rotors for my car, he was able to direct me to a location where someone could, and even called ahead to make sure I wouldn't have a problem there.
