Always greeted the minute you walk through the door. Great staff, super fast, in and out each and every time. Thank you for the amazing service you provide!

I have been using the facility for 3 years. I lived in Flagstaff part of that time. Every time I called down to this facility and ask to have my mail forwarded, they were always cool and accommodating. They have never been rude and always great you when you come in. I have used the to return Amazon packages idk how many times. I drive 15 min highway just to get my mail from here while another facility is closed. What gives me peace of mind is they respond to every comment on here to address issues. They don’t have to but they care.

Went in today to send a very important fax.
Joshua was great! Very professional, knowledge, nice, pleasant, friendly all qualities you don’t find too often anymore dealing with people. The office was very steady with business & he was so polite dealing with everyone. So glad this ups store is near me.
Will definitely use again. Joshua is definitely an asset for the business.

This UPS Store has friendly and attentive employees and a bunch of different services including copies, mailing, stamps and packaging, PO boxes, a notary service and more. They are super helpful over the phone too. I definitely recommend this UPS Store for all your mailing and related jobs.

Quick amazon return. Made it easy. Friendly, helpful and kind when I had an unrelated issue and needed to use their phone.
They were great before the issue but the help after was above and beyond good service. It was old fashioned kindness.

Received a message from Verizon who stated my phone I shipped back never arrived. I lost the tracking slip I had received. Ryan was able to locate the transaction within 20 minutes and relieved some stress for me. Much appreciated. Never have had a bad experience at this location.

Best UPS in the area. Keeps hours normal people can work around. So thankful they open early and close at 6. Always super friendly staff. Had bad experiences with others in the area. This one caters to the working class with class.

Saturday I came in and it was very busy and 1 lady was running around being a multitasking Queen. She knew all the answers to the many questions everyone had and was bouncing customer to customer to help everyone as quick as possible. She was also very nice, knowable and easy to talk to. Give her a rise UPS store manager! 😊 Happy Customer.

She was patient with me as I went thru the learning curve and was great with helping me print/sign docs and notary.

I literally just got off the phone with this location.I had already spoken to two other locations.This young lady, Evelyn, was personable and informative. For someone who has never rented a mailbox before, hoping I could afford it, it was comfortable and almost fun. Also, I would get out of there paying almost $40 less than at the others. It might be a little out of my way but I believe its worth it.

The folks that work there, they couldn't be any nicer. My mail and packages piles up because I really don't live in Arizona. Always they have been most helpful and make sure that I get all the stuff that awaits me. I signed up for service at this store because a friend recommended them. I went to pick up his mail and decided right away to open a 6 month account. Now I wish that I had just paid for the whole year because it is a few dollars less.

My husband and I shipped 8 large boxes worth or artwork across the country to the east coast from this location. Every single piece of our family heirlooms arrived unscathed. Thank you so much for your professionalism and for being so thorough and careful. Highly recommend!

The short haired blond that reviewer Ricardo gave a poor review on was not correct at all. I have had her assist me many times with different packaging issues and she could not have been nicer or more professional. I do hope his unfair review did not cause her any unfair issues on the job. S H

I've been using the UPS Store there in Tucson for a couple years now and I think the people that work there are very friendly and knowledgeable and always very prompt in taking care of my needs at all times! Anybody needing anything at all I give them an A+!

I cannot express what a blessing this UPS store was to me today.

This past Friday, I found out via FB that my father passed away by a post from my stepsister and stepmother. I then learned that he was on hospice for 3 weeks & in a coma for 3 days before he died. My stepsister then chose to say that our father's dying wish was that my brother & I not be notified that he was dying because we didn't care to be part of his life while he was alive & he didn't want us to be part of his death. But she did let me know that her mother told him every time that I had called and that it was his choice to never call me back. THEN... It just freaking keeps getting better.... In my father's obituary (which my stepsister wrote), my married name of 17 years was not spelled correctly.

To my surprise, my stepsister had some items of our fathers that she thought I'd like. But she would have to wait until she had money to send them. Since she had been so thoughtful in complying with our father's dying wishes by not advising my brother or I that he was DYING and then posting it on Facebook for me to find out...... I felt that I should find a location that could package and ship the items to me in addition to paying for it.

I reached out to Mary at this UPS Store. She was professional and understood the sensitivity of the situation, without all the above mentioned details. Thank you Mary for being the person on the other end of the phone. Respectfully, Mrs. Karen Rosener, NOT Rosner
