Forever 21

This location really is amazing. Ive frequented the Forever 21 in Montgomery Mall for the past 2 years. Every time I visit the store, what stands out is how clean and organized it is. The store is pretty big and has a large selection of clothing and accessory items for all different fashion tastes. I always am able to leave the store with an affordable new full outfit, piece or accessory. The staff at this location are all very helpful. I’ve never had a bad experience. Every time I go into the store they are working to make the experience an easygoing one - always organizing and ready to assist me whether it’s with finding a particular item or size. I’ve had the opportunity to meet Joshua, who is amazing and clearly keeps everything running smoothly. This location is definitely the best in the area.

This place is huge, has 2 floors. Top floor is all ladies, you'll find the lower floor half men and rest ladies again. Very well lit and has a great vibe.

Everything was easy to find, the place was clean. There were a lot of people and they weren't practicing social distancing, at all the customers that is!!! The employees were doing what they were supposed to, masks, gloves, staying away from customers when they got to close to them. Very friendly and helping teammates work there, you can tell they do a lot to keep the place nice.

I walked into this store very stressed because of an error the online system made with a large order I had purchased. Luckily, I was sent to Michael’s register, where he quickly took care of everything and went above and beyond to make sure the return process was as smooth as possible. I appreciate his professionalism in retail and believe he does a great job managing the employees (the return was interrupted as another employee had an issue and Michael worked to multitask to solve both without delaying my process, another much appreciated gesture). In retail stores like Forever 21, it is often difficult to find this type of helpfulness, quickness, and professionalism especially during a rush hour time. I am very happy with my experience at this location thanks to Michael’s help.

I visited the store today and Jason went out of his way to find a pair of shorts in my size. He looked for the item throughout the store in a quick and efficient manner. I am very pleased to have been assisted by such a professional and friendly employee.

2 levels of awesome! My wife and daughter found so much here and the pricing here is hard to beat! This location is massive and carries so many brand names, some of which we've never heard of before which was a nice surprise. I would recommend this location to anyone in the area.

This is a really big, well lit, and clean forever 21 location with 2 floors and both men and women clothing. The manager who works there, Olga, is super professional and helpful. She helped me with a big online return yesterday and didnt complain and got ur done very quickly. She also disposed of my box for me. Thank you Olga!

They have a great selection of clothes. And everything was super clean. 👍🏽 The cashier was so helpful with finding an item in the size I wanted. Really nice and welcoming service as well.

First off, let me just say that I received amazing customer service from a guy named Michael M. at this Forever 21 location. I asked him about his opinion on hat sizes and suitability and he gladly advised me. I have seen other employees at other stores be downright rude to customers at times but even though this location was very busy, he took time to help me find a hat that fit me.

I used to not come to this location but not only am I now a customer, but will definitely come back. I doubt he'll ever see this, but thanks Mike!

I've been coming to this store for years now and it never disappoints. They have a dynamic set-up and no display lasts for too long, catching my attention with each visit. Customer service is great!

This is by far my favorite F21 store location. I recently moved from Virginia to Maryland and hated the Columbia store. I found the staff in Columbia to be unprofessional and rude. I am so glad that the staff at Montgomery Mall have won me over. The staff exhibited exceptional customer service. Specifically, the management (JungA Kang & Michael) have both gone above an beyond to ensure that I'm happy with my in-store experience. I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to for this location. If you're looking for your next District or Regional manager please ensure that both JungA Kang & Michael are considered. They will keep you in business :-).

I came to this place yesterday, I wasn’t looking to buy anything but thanks to “Emmaus” I was able to find some cool stuff, once again thank you so much for yours patients and good service 💯 will definitely be back for more !

Plenty of clothing for people of all size and for both men and (obviously) women. There is much to choose from and the workers were super nice as they should be.
