Wonderful place of business. I felt so at peace here… they have everything!

What a lovely store. Anytime I'm in an area I don't generally frequent I look to see if I can find a Catholic store. I found this one and it was great. I bought a rosary, two scapulas, a small booklet on daily Catholic devotions during Lent and one with the stations of the cross. I saved Chiarellli"s in my address book so if I'm ever in that area, I'll stop in again.🙏

I was in the area again and I had the chance to visit Chiarellli"s. I bought a Sacred Heart of Jesus. So glad I got to visit again. 🙏

This place is beyond a blessing from God for I have been blessed to see the heart of those who operate this beautiful establishment. I can sit in this store for hours for when you are in the presence of God here time has no boundaries. Thank you for your great hospitality and sharing your heart with my sister and I.

One of my favorite stores! Oh dear I've bought anything from surplices to statues to triptychs here... you name it, it is at Chiarellis! Supplies for church or little things for your house or car... I am like a kid in a candy store whenever I walk in! The owner, John is more than fabulous, and maintains a great staff too! If you need anything Catholic, this is the place to go. I also had my grandmas antique brass chandelier refinished here as well and it looks spectacular!

A visit to Chiarelli's Religious Good has always been an ejoyable experience. The staff if extremely friendly and helpful. The store is well stocked and special orders are handled for religious articles which may be out of stock or unique orders. John and his staff are always ready to help in any way possible. I don't often write reviews of my business experiences with companies, but I feel compelled to let the Universve know of my experience with Chiarelli's. I'd not done business with them before, they were not recommended by someone I knew, I discovered them through a Google search of the item I was looking for and as a family owned and operated business they got my immediate attention. I should also mention that I reside in California and my order was made through their easy to navigate web site. In my view, a company makes its reputation based on the service it provides, but a special company distinguishes and separates itself from other companies by the manner in which it handles the unexpected. My order hadn't yet arrived and my event was rapidly approaching. I called Chiarelli's and was connected to JR. I explained my order situation to him. JR listened attentively and said he would look into it and get back to me. Within the hour I received a call back from JR who explained that the item had actually been on back order, the steps he'd taken on my behalf with the manufacturer of the item, and most importantly when I could expect delivery of the item to my door. Put a check mark by everything. I have my Alb and couldn't be more pleased; and in advance of my event's date. Thank you, Chiarelli's and JR. I should also add that the staff answering the phone make you feel like they've put out the Welcome Mat just for you. I would not hesitate to give Chiarellis' Religious Goods my highest recommendation; just be prepared to experience what legendary customer service is really like.

This shop was recommended to me by the priest who said my father's funeral mass. I spoke with Father about purchasing a chalice for the parish in my father's memory. Due to the virus, I purchased a chalice online. I called Chiarelli's and asked if they would engrave a chalice there with purchasing it there. They said to bring it in as they were not busy and it would be possible to engrave that day. The engraving was perfect and when I asked how much I owe, I was told nothing!!!!. This store is an absolute gem! Huge selection of quality religious goods, absolutely everything you could think of! Staff is extremely helpful and very eager to suit the needs of their customers. If you are looking for the best in Catholic goods look no further than this place, you will definitely be impressed!

In retrospect, it's near miraculous that the two lovely women I worked with were able to help me so quickly and thoroughly at a time when I was was without the benefit of my usual composure because of my loss. I ordered prayer cards, rosaries, chaplets, and coins. Each item arrived quickly and EXCEEDED my expectations. Chiarelli's was recommended to me by the church where we are holding the service for our beloved. I understand why. It's beyond a five star experience. Look no further. Thank you also for adding the Sacred Heart of Jesus medallion to the rosaries. Note - I ofc know the names of the lovely women who helped me, but I do not want to list them here because I feel that invades privacy. Amazing customer service. Angelina called me twice, sent pictures of the product, helped me make my selection and offered sincere condolences. They are amazing! Always come through for my family!

Super friendly staff - I was warmly greeted when I walked in. I needed some help choosing a Baptism gift and the ladies gave me so many options! Huge selection of religious items and perfect for gifts. They even wrapped my purchases. I will be back again!

My mother and I have been to this CHIARELLI'S twice. On the second visit last month we got a bit lost and for some odd reason the number nor the address was saved on neither phones. After Googling and googling we found the address, but now we were ten minutes away and they were closing at 530pm. Now we all know that there are some stores that do not wait for closing time to lock the doors; either minutes before or exactly at that time. I called the store to let the worker know that we were right around the corner about 535pm. The man was so nice his words were "NO PROBLEM, COME RIGHT IN" was a relief to my mom and myself. He was more then willing to receive us and we appreciate that so much because we came so far and it would have been a disappointment knowing that we came so far to leave with nothing. THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I have known and done bùsiness with Chiarelli's for nearly 20 years before they moved from Brooklyn to New Hyde Park, and can say unreservedly that this does in no manner, shape or form represents the kind, respectful and down-to-earth gentleman that I've come to know all these years.
John, the owner, is a gentleman in the true sense of the word.

Large, well appointed store. Easy meter parking. Salesman was very patient and helpful in selecting a gift. They also gift wrapped the item.

Staff was very helpful. They had coffee or tea if you would have wanted. Patient staff took the time out to help me with finding the right shirt

Excellent service and friendly staff. I went here to get a few gifts for my sons communion in May 2018..the sales lady took time to wrap the presents beautifully!
