They did a great job at framing some picture art that i bought online, and they look wonderful on the boxed frames Michael's put them on. They explained where they needed to cut or fold, and everything came out beautiful. Thank you so much, Michael's.

We shouldve got his name. Big guy, big quiet presence of leadership. Delegating tasks, asking his team folks about their breaks and coverage, asking other staff to help customers, all while setting up framing and looking at mat options with my wife for the new art she bought for her office. She can be alot with questions and small changes, but this young guy was patient and super helpful. It was clear he is a manager. Thank you sir and great job.

The variety is so wide that It's easy to convince yourself you need things you didn't go there for. Easy layout, inviting, good customer service.

I’m giving my five stars because of an associate named Joy. Her name says it all! I’ve only been to the store twice, but each time she has gone out of her way to help. Instead of just directing me, she walk with me to find the items I needed on both occasions with great smile and great customer service. Because of her I will be returning to the store. Just a complete with joy to be around.
