When to the fine jewelry department with my husband in green acres. My girl Sandra hooked me up with a beautiful necklace. She also help my husband two years back with my engagement ring. Love her Energy, She’s very helpful and outstanding service all the time.

I went to this Macy’s to handle a transaction. The sales associate took care of me. The customer service was great. The store was very clean and organize. The store wasn’t crowded. They also have restrooms. I recommend this Macy’s to anyone.

I love shopping in macys for perfume! Chris is an excellent employee here and I highly recommend him if you want a suggestion on different scents .

Edwin & Chris were so nice and educating! I came in here not knowing what new fragrance to get. They took their time with showing me different scents, and ultimately made me find my new bottle! Thank you for the excellent service!

I went for Back Stage and the MAC counter. Clean and organized store. The MUA at MAC was tremendously helpful. I'm from out of town and I left all of my makeup at home. She hooked me up with the the most beautiful face and a purple lip I'll be wearing for months if not years to come.

REVIEW ABOUT FATIMA FROM MACY'S
Today I went into Macy's for a few items. Though lines were long and many people were rude, Fatima was very sweet. When she checked me out she was very friendly and made conversation. She explained the discounts I had and how much each item was.When I asked her questions on where to find certain things, she knew where everything was and directed me accordingly. She was very patient, kind, sweet, and helpful. Wish more sales associates and cashiers had the customer service Fatima offers!

I just passed by Macy's but always love the atmosphere there there are plenty of promotions going on.
