Nordstrom Rack

Big Location in Tustin in a large, easy to park, parking lot with palm trees and welcoming plants around. It was very clean both outside and inside. The store had 5 or 6 employees checking out which made the line go super fast even on a Saturday.
They had plenty of sales and even an up to 80% off rack. Good customer service here too.
There is a lot of merchandise and it can get a little cramped with it being very busy on a weekend, but great deals on designer clothes, as well as household items.

Amazing prices and huge variety of major brand name clothing, sneakers accessories etc. They even carry my favorite perfume which has been discontinued and ive been unable to find anywhere for 30% of the original price!!!

We come here often. On this trip we were here to buy men's dress shoes for the teenage boy and ended up with some Cole Haan shoes in black. They are beautiful. They were $110. Always happy to shop here.

Love this store, but yesterday a Nice lady make my day, she saw me returning some sunglasses and I told her I was disappointed because I didn’t got the case in my Givenchy sunglasses and she went to look for one, just to make me happy, so I will keep the sunglasses … I hope they get more people like her …. Love her 🥰🥰🙌🙌👏🏼👏🏼

Found what I needed and left quickly, a kid urinated on the aisle by the UGGs and was smelling bad.
No staffs easily found.

This branch seems much bigger and more organized than others, as well as the variety of items.

The nerve of entitled people complaining about the return line 😭😭😭. The line is long because it's full of dumbos with no receipts, no proof of purchase, transactions that can't be found, no adherence to the
return policy of tags being attached (it's a rule for a reason). We can't always look up shopping history. Help us help you: read the back of the receipt. The return period is 45 days, (no one cares about your
sob stories - six weeks is enough time to make a decision) be prepared, have your receipts and/or order numbers ready, and most importantly, stop ordering so much shhh stuff you know you're not keeping. No one is making anyone stand in that line.
FFS, take your Nordstrom stuff back to Nordstrom. Mail it back. Come during non peak hours. Shop smarter and stop whining.

Racks and shelves are in very good order for the type of store The Rack is. Picked up $200 shoes for $60, employees are always friendly. Sparkles went out of her way for me today and I appreciated her helpfulness and cheerful disposition. Thanks!

My daughter was shopping for Size 6.5 classy black pump. Found it in minutes and I finally remembered to use a 7 yr old Nordstrom giftcard. Sales help was so pleasant and efficient. I left feeling happy.
