Ralphs Fresh Fare

Wow. What a nice Ralphs. Clean, organized, fresh, well stocked, nice deli, fresh sushi made in store, Starbucks with small seating area. If it was any better I'd have someone spoon feeding me samples.

Located in Woodburry (Irvine), this is one out of two Ralph’s that I really like to shop at because it’s very clean, organized, a very friendly staff, and definitely has a whole lot of what I would want and priced reasonably well or better. This particular location in Woodbury, while close to home, it’s probably on par with the one in Tustin Ranch.

How can you not love a Kroger store clean spacious friendly employees wheelchair access, parking is a challenge very crowded parking lot since it is shared with other businesses.

The deli at this Ralph's is amazing. I have been to at least 10 Ralph's in southern California, and none of the delis have chicken like this. The fried chicken is seasoned to perfection, it tasted like it was sent from heaven!!

This branch has got so many convenient service, including DMV and bitcoins.

I love the staff here. I moved to the area a few months ago and every staff member I've met or talked to while shopping here has been so nice. I want to especially thank Kyle and Samira tonight during my purchas and one other guy whose name was not able to get. My state refund card was not going through and they helped me while I was feeling extremely uncomfortable because of it because the line was getting longer. Samira especially had excellent customer service and put me at ease. She's officially my favorite now and I hope management sees this.

I can see the changes of Ralph’s as time goes by. It introduces many Asian foods due to more and more Asians moving to this neighborhood area, which is pretty smart! It always keeps pace with the latest changes, e.g new devices, new categories, new brands. I love the atmosphere of Ralph’s, this is truly a standard, traditional, yet high end/quality places for grocery and everyday. The customer service is great. Everyone seems to be energetic and courteous. The sushi bar has the nicest, freshest sushi which is far better than the restaurants’ ones. (But it’s expensive, I wish the price could be more affordable so I can eat more often.) Ralph’s used to be a pricey place which has bad deals, but not anymore. I always see different kinds of sales/promotions, which the price tag a lot of times are better than other supermarket’s. This makes me shop at Ralph’s more often than before. Keep going, Ralph’s! Love ya~

Someone tried to use my stolen debit card at this store last night — and I have to say, I’m impressed! I should have let it go through. It’s such a clean place, and how nice is Irvine?? It’s got great employees, wonderful fresh food, and its always an easy experience to shop here! Of course, I am just going off of the three reviews I read, seeing as I’m 410 miles away in a suburb of Sacramento. Last time I was in LA it was for work 2 years ago, but this experience made me feel like I was right there!

We have always been shoppers of Ralphs. And after moving down to Irvine, we were very excited to see this Ralphs very close to our home. It is very clean inside and well stocked. All of the staff that we have talked to have been great. Their meat department surprised me by having dry aged steaks! Our last Ralphs store never had that. But all in all, great store.

Always enjoy shopping at Ralphs . . . generally a good stocked store, with a good selection and variety of foods, at fairly competitive prices.

This grocery store is so nice! I found everything I needed easily. There is a bakery, deli and the meat selection was excellent. The entire place was very clean and lovely. I recommend shopping here.

They also sell kitchenware and there is a Ralphs Pharmacy inside.

Convenient grocery store for the local area that closes pretty late. They have discounts on cooked foods such as fried chicken and mac n cheese after 9pm. Produce prices are normal for a Ralph's store, but I would usually go to Trader Joe's for fruits like bananas.

Giving it a 5 because for a Ralph's, this is the nicest, most organized and what most represents the future for Ralph's stores with updated sections and ways to draw in customers with a style more like a whole foods with fresh bakery, cafe and salad bar. Upon walking in I was greeted promptly and offered help, something that lacks in most typical large brand grocery stores.

Fresh produce and veggies spot on and presentation for merchandise outstanding.

I normally hate Ralph's. Their cold drink selection is generally limited to one small refrigerator section, and they're always sold out of the acceptable flavors. But not this one! This Ralph's has the largest non-alcoholic drink section I have ever seen, and includes many craft sodas and root beers that are a rarity nowadays.

Very clean store, usually is pretty busy at any time of the day but that's only because it's a very organized and tidy store. This is worth going to as they will probably have anything that anybody might need.

The FANTASTIC pharmacists & tech of this Ralphs are beyond exceptional. They are a real gift to our community. During this pandemic, their patience, kindness, thoughtful approach to customer care, and excellence as a team REALLY shines. Udhaya, Urvi, Tiffany, Becky, as well as the other guest techs that assist on occasion, accomplish seamless feats of pharmaceutical wizardry. Everything from vaccines (again, so carefully done in the midst of a global health crisis!), to hard-to-find prescriptions, to fielding the 200 questions all their customers have every day are handled with such generosity. Kudos to the Kroger Corporations and to Ralphs at Woodbury Town Center for hiring & holding onto (please!) our heroes: Udhaya, Urvi, Tiffany, Becky & their fellows. We are all so lucky that this particular group of women (& sometimes gents) are part of Irvine's superb frontline heath care.

LOVE IT.! BEST RALPHS I'VE EVER BEEN TO.! EVERY EMPLOYEE HAS A UNIQUE PERSONALITY.! I FEEL LIKE HOME WHENEVER I SHOP WITH MY FAMILY THERE, BECAUSE THEY TREAT US LIKE FAMILY.! THANK YOU RALPHS AND EMPLOYEES....MAY GOD CONTINUE TO BLESS ALL OF YOU AND YOUR STORE.!
