Party City

I ordered a bouquet of balloons for my husband and my 10th anniversary this weekend and they turned out FANTASTIC. Two of the balloons were out of stock at the location and a team member picked them up from another location so that I wouldn't need to make two trips. I would give 6 stars 🌟 if Google would let me.

Excellent service at the Party City in Tustin! Audelio the manager and his team Espi and Jenny were very helpful. I buy a lot of balloons for various events and preorder them. Holiday supplies are discounted 75% after (I buy my scary Halloween stuff there)

Got what I came for- Mickey Mouse Ears. $4.99 vs $34.99 at Disneyland. They had a variety as well. I love Party City.

I made an online order for pick up and received a call with regards to my order because one of my items was unavailable in the color I ordered but available in another. I thought it was so thoughtful they’d call to inform me vs simply canceling or assuming. They were great on the phone as well - super friendly! Thanks to whoever took my order on a Thursday night ! Legend.

I placed an online order for delivery for two bundles of balloons on balloon weights. When the Shipt driver arrived, I received one giant tangled mess of balloons that weren’t on the balloon weights. Despite my best efforts I couldn’t untangle them. I called Party City and they immediately said - “how can we make this right?” They offered to deliver brand new balloons but unfortunately they were sold out of some of the balloons I purchased. So the manager sent one of her associates to our house to untangle the balloons. Due to COVID, he had to stand on the porch, in the heat but he did so with a smile. He spent 30-40 minutes on the porch untangling and rearranging the balloons - even calling me to make sure he was arranging them exactly how I wanted them. I was floored by the customer service and their immediate efforts to rectify the situation. Amazing customer service!

It's all in the name! You have found yourself putting together a party? Where do you go? Here silly! They have all of your party needs! If they don't have it in the store look online. I have successfully found what I needed many times at Party City. I will go again before the next theme party. :-)

Great service- the store was extremely clean, the most detailed and organized Party City store I've been in. Great Store Manager helped me with a question to a big balloon order request. No problem, he was able to help me and get it done- so helpful! Excellent customer service!

Got a glam rock wig and a Lincoln stove pipe hat 🎩 going to be slash from gun’s &roses 🎸 for this Saturday costume party.the beautiful the lady that helped was very nice she was pretty.😍the most beautiful woman I ever saw.wow!

Great experience. Rob was super helpful and polite. There was another young man who helped me by finding my wallet and phone.

They had the best staff and it was such a pleasant experience...the staff was the most helpful gals I have come across in customer service- they all deserve a raise or some sort of acknowledgememt for their efforts!!!

The best place to get party preparation stuff. Very clean. The staff very polite and helpful. We go there every year for party goods.
