Nice and big variety of shoes, love this location but what my family and I love the most is the wonderful customer service that this girl gives us, she very very friendly and helpful we don't know her name but she is a super star, I wish I can have someone like her to work for my company.

We loved it - super friendly and happy staff, very helpful. We got assistance with figuring out my daughter's size, and they we really polite and cheery, and we definitely got our shoes and a bunch of other things. Walked away very happy!

Just got back from a trip to the Cali where we visited this store and bought shoes and other products.

1st off Van's is an amazing company great quality in there products and the fact that they have an Autism line and support Autism Awareness is very special to me! Last but definitely not least this very location has the BEST customer service I mean every single time i go in the entire staff is kind not just friendly but kind, super helpful without any sign of being annoyed it is more like they are genuinely happy to help their customers and with people like that and these experiences i continue to have in this location is why i will continue to shop here. DO NOT CHANGE PLEASE because in a world where you could be anything be KIND and you guys are doing great at that.

Wow their customer service is top notch I got some shoes that were too small a couple weeks ago asked for 8 1/2 and I received 8 they were hurting my feet didn’t notice until couple weeks after. They went above and beyond they didn’t have to it was my fault I should have checked. They actually fixed the problem got me another pair man these guys and girls are amazing. Thanks guys you have a customer for life all I’ll be wearing is vans from here on I will contact customer service as well to express my gratitude I’m here in the lot writing this thanks.

Surprised that they allow two different sized shoes (one size for right and one for left) to buy, but is final. Gre was very good.
