Loved the new process for online pickup. There are now lockers just inside the entrance doors that you scan the QR code or enter the code manually. So much better than having to wait to be helped and then while the and retrieve your order

Went to get my screen protector changed. Oscar helped us and went above and beyond. Cleaned our phones and perfectly installed the screen protector whilst being very friendly and helpful. Great experience with him. Oscar deserves a raise.

This is a great Best Buy, I broke so many iPhone screens protectors already, had lifetime warranty and they replace in each time 5 minutes no problem.

Very minimal staff. The store of retailers now days trying to save money on staffing. Then wonder why we buy online when no one was there to give us service when we needed

That said they were friendly once you found someone and waited for them to be free.

My husband had a problem with his computer so we went to the geeks. They found the problem and fixed it. Micro center took his money before that and found nothing. Good job geeks!

The only best buy that I received good service from. I've been to several, and I've always received poor service. This one surprised me. the seller was super helpful, and the manager was able to help me with my order that was not ready to be picked up.

Every experience I've had here has been solid, and my most recent was no exception.

I came in to buy some tech based on an ad on the website, but once there, a problem surfaced. The employee made an exceptional effort to get it resolved, including bringing in a supervisor and eventually the store manager to get it resolved.

I love the convenience of online shopping, but nothing beats the reality of actually interacting with another human being.

Best Buy does a fantastic job of honoring warranties and making it so much easier to get repairs and replacements when that tech eventually has a problem, and we all know some of them will.

So a big shoutout to all the involved employees here, and Best Buy Tustin gets my highest recommendation.

Best customer service by far! Shallah was very accommodating and took his time helping me and didn’t make it feel rushed. He was running around grabbing items for me instead of having me go around the store looking like a chicken with its head cut off. I would recommend his service if you need it. I needed a new laptop to meet a deadline. I walked in with my broken device and asked for the same device to avoid any hiccups. Unable to find exactly the same, I was ready to go to Costco. Sabas was helping me. He took the initiative and time to ask questions and found me a great deal on a comparable device.

Always have what I need in stock and pretty good prices, specially on vinyl records!
