Tops Friendly Market

Local supermarket branch. Their items are a bit pricey compared to Walmart, but are worth it for the quality. Unlike Walmart, their bottle return machines are a lot newer and in better condition. Store is kept tidy, employees are helpful and professional.

I get my prescriptions, here very helpful and nice, shop here as well, good deals and nice employees

As always fresh produce. The store is very clean and the staff is very helpful tops has a large variety of everything that they they also provide home delivery

I tend to choose this tops compared to some of the other tops and other markets around. While the have a decent selection, they are short on specialty foods (Asian, Indian, Hispanic) available at most markets closer to UB.

What makes this specific location the best is they always have ample registers open with short lines. I truly hate shopping at stores that like to force you to self checkout, or that have 30 minute lines for the few other registers open.

We shop there regularly. Very clean and well run! Staff is wonderful and very helpful. If you enjoy the pleasure of meeting John in the lot, Matthew at the meat counter, Elease at service, Chris in dairy, you'll experience why love our local Tops! This is just to name a few of the fantastic staff 😀

These people are great I lost my phone for several days the found it and placed it in a safe for me. I couldn't have been happier that the prevented someone from walking away with my 1500 dollar phone. The also had great cuts of filet and their scallops were amazing. I am so happy that they are above and beyond customer service excellently caring for other people and the property. Great food as well. Totally an amazing experience.

Better than Wally World these days .

This is one of the only Tops that actually has their shelves stocked. Not one time have I gone in there and I seen an aisle with a shelf completely empty. Also they have some really good deals on alot of brand name products. These sales don't even compare to what Walmart has to offer.

Jim the Bakery Manager is awesome. He took my last minute order and made exactly what I was looking for. Made the process simple and efficient. Ordered over the phone, took less than 2 minutes. Highly recommend this location. Thanks Jim, you pretty much saved my life.

Top’s has really stepped their game up over the last couple of years. Their produce is always fresh and their organic section is excellent. I especially like the convenience of having a gas station there, too. For every $100 you spend on groceries, you receive a 10 cent discount per gallon on fuel.

This is the best Tops market around. For our area it is right up there with Wegmans. Produce always has a good selection. The bakery is just awesome. The Meet department I would have to say is the biggest improvement. The cuts off meet that are now available is just amazing. Five stars to this store manager and the owner. Thanks

We shop Tops in Niagara Falls and I can tell you that they don't come close to this Tops in Lockport. They have the nicest produce.. very beautiful!! The colors were so vibrant. And the employees that we spoke with were very helpful and very friendly. We enjoyed shopping there!! 😁😁😁

Great supermarket with plenty of choices. They also have awesome fresh fish to choose from. I also go to their pharmacy & no complaints there either.

Niagara Falls mainstay ,Tops has a great selection from meats,bakery produce ,flowers,cards,clothing,they can help if you are in a jam.From every day food purchases to graduation gifts,to party food for 30,Tops is great.

Great baked goods! Large variety of items they even have some kosher items and lots of gluten free options. There is an organic aisle in this location.

It's a big tops I am use to smaller ones, store was busy but there was enough cashiers to keep the flow, in fact I had no wait in line.

And speaking of cashiers look for Migueal. This guy is young but don't let that keep you from his line. This guy is very friendly, respectful. will engage in conversation if you like to talk, and he has a sense of humor.
It's people like Migueal that will top of your shopping experience at this Tops.

Well if they would make a map of the inside of the store, so we could find things easier, it would be very helpful, we have been shopping there for ever and had everything mailed out and they go and chang most of it and now we have to back track its exhausting sometimes,

Milk doesn't spoil as fast as Walmart milk does

Tops is a very nice grocery store. My only complaint is due to the Union there the cost of food has sky rocketed. I usually shop at Aldi'S or Walmart because the prices are so much lower. I also do not like using coupons.

They have a wonderful friend pharmacy there and there are usually no lines.
