When I came in, there was an employee and the general manager. They were working on another order, but they helped me out right away. I asked about wiper blades for my car and they got me decent priced ones. They were both really nice and put my wipers on my car for me. Definitely will recommend this store to friends and family!

I went in today to get some brake fluid, I got great advice from the older gentleman at the counter. Then I had a problem where I dropped my cap into the car and I couldn’t get it out. Employee Timothy immediately rose to the task and helped me out. We had to maneuver a few things but ultimately we were able to get the cap out and cover the line up. It was sweltering hot in the sun and he was polite and helpful the whole time! He really went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it. I’ve never had a poor experience at this location!

One of the employees, Chris, went above and beyond to help me with a series of problems that kept unfolding as we worked on my car in the parking lot. Extremely helpful to the point of this was service I’ve never experienced from anywhere in my entire life.

Had a problem with my tire going flat, bought a tire inflater from the manager,Pat, very helpful on how to use it. Told me I had reward money coming back for my next visit . Went home to use it, didn't work. Went back when I figured out I needed a fuse, walked in to buy them, Pat saw me, dropped everything and assisted me again getting me the the right amperage and installed the fuse and got me back up running with a full tire Whi does this anymore? Ten stars for Pat, thank you so much!!!

Excellent, the store was busy but Adam took the time to cone out look at my vehicle, get the right tubing to fix my severed windshield washer fluid hose- and he kept am eye to make sure it was the right fit and it solved the issue. He also heard my idle sounded rough so I checked my oil and it was low. Because if his attention to detail, he saved a lot of stress and I was able to tackle both problems today. Great location and great employees. Thanks!!

I went in with a picture of what I needed. I easily found the area and, although they didn't carry the same brand, I chose my item and brought it to the register. Because the person ahead of me had many questions and needs, they opened a register for me so I didn't have to wait. I showed the associate my picture and he quickly noticed I was slightly off in my selection. Without making me feel inadequate, he grabbed the correct item and completed the sale. I will definitely go there for future needs.

Battery died out of the blue. Super kind older gentleman (forgot to grab his name) came out to my Vehicle, tested the Battery & Alternator. Replaced with new one, it was cold & snowy, very nice, and polite. Highly recommended.

Not only did the employee find me the 10-inch rear wiper blade for my car, that is evidently a rare version of a common car, but he followed me out to my car to help me install it bc it's done on an unorthodox manner.

The man was nice and easy to talk to. Helped me out fast.

I am a handicapped woman who needed help outside, I called and got Devin (B, I think). I put the poor kid through the ringer. He did everything from find my paint color, put Heet in, got my big purchases, took my card in…all happily!!!!
He was so nice and helpful. I know where I’m coming from now on and who I’m asking for.

I went in to purchase a battery and was not disappointed. Devin helped me get the battery I needed and also helped install the battery. He was very knowledgeable and informed me on a lot about my car while installing the battery. I had a fantastic experience and Devin went above and beyond to provide a incredible customer experience.

I came in to buys new light bulb for my head light and Devin looked up what bulb I needed, it was 1 of 2 so he offered to go out to look and see what bulb my car needed. I think he might have noticed my elderly mother and 3 young kids in the back because he was kind enough to offer to but the bulbs in for me. He stood out in the rain and did it for me, it made my day. He also sold me some grease for a buck to help the bulbs out. Fantastic customer service! I’ll be looking for Devin when I come back in.

Excellent customer service! ( Thought i had the wrong wiper blade as i couldn’t get it on, went back the next day and one of the staff there put it on for me in two minutes!)
Said they do that kind of stuff everyday so it’s easy for them!

My daughter was in Lockport, NY area for a weekend with friends and her coolant level was low. I called ahead and asked if they could help her out when she got there. The employee I spoke too said that they do stuff like this all the time. When she arrived the employees at this store added the coolant for her and sent her on her way. Thanks from a worried father.
