Panera Bread

Tried the Chef's Flat Bread. Awesome. If someone want's to try vegetarian menu and feels you don't have an option, try spicy thai and substitute chicken with quinoa. Amazing. Ten vegetable soup is one of the best but it if you're a thick soup person then that's not for you.

This is a shout out to the manager who drove a missing steak sandwich that was inadvertently left out of my to go bag. I didn’t know the sandwich was missing until I got home. After talking to him on the phone, he promptly ram out a fresh sandwich to my house which is 20 minutes away. Thank you for going the extra miles to bring me my food.

Definitely one of my favorite places to go for lunch and dinner I never thought fast food could be prepared so well the price is a little steep for most things definitely don't have any complaints the broccoli and cheddar soup and the steak and cheddar sandwich with a baguette is delicious

Everyone makes mistakes but I’ve found that good customer service always makes up for that. On the very rare occasion that I ordered online and something was wrong or missing, they always came in clutch and with a pleasant attitude. Their food is always fresh and are one if the few places I can’t seem to stop myself from leaving with a smile on my face.

Got a southwest bowl. Large, generous serving. I enjoyed half of it the next day. I love their squash soup, and the coffee is great. Friendly service, too

Went there for the first time roughly a week ago. I ordered the white cheddar steak sandwich, and it was cooked perfectly along with well priced. Staff is very professional, and service is quick. Much love 10/10 would reccomend

Love that Lockport Panera! I have a great experience every time whether I'm going for full meal or just drinks and yesterday was no exception to that role! Such friendly staff and I find their drinks well above the boring norm. My hibiscus-plum-ginger iced tea keeps me coming back - it's NOT SWEETENED so I can make it just how I like it while in almost every other restaurant the flavored teas are pre sweetened! And the hot tea have the Earl Grey and normally teas but also Georgia Peach!!!!! Don't miss a great location with outstanding desserts! I can't talk about the brownie - or l WILL BE heading back. Excellent place to NOT ruin my calorie counting efforts, indeed - love that the calories are right there for my eyes to see!!! Wish I'd thought to grab a picture.

BEST Panera I've ever been to! They were very conscientious about my daughter's lactose intolerance, they actually bring you your food! The wonderful lady that took our order was incredibly friendly and helpful. We also ordered using the kiosks to bring some food home for my husband and son, very easy.

Known for the excellent food, with minimal to no added stuff, you're sure to have a healthy meal here. I'm a fan of their app to place my orders, and they always hit the promised time. It's fast food I can feel good about eating.

Always a great experience here! Have plenty of leftover gift cards from the holidays, and the summer corn chowder, chicken tortellini Alfredo, and double fudge brownie are always great! Do not miss the green iced tea or the blood orange keninadet! Always great service! Will return on Memorial Day Monday!

My abSolute favorite to go! On top once they ran out of flatbread so they had to cancel my order, but they went out of the way and delivered me a drink as a courtesy, and I was seriously touched! It’s not even takeout, they delivered it to show they care! HIGHLY RECCOMENDED

Very nice Panera bread it's always clean the staff is always very nice and professional. They also are sure to check everything before me and my wife get our food because we are celiac so that extra touch is definitely admired. Keep it up!!

Panera is one of those food chains with consistent quality in all their stores. No matter which one we go to the food is always fresh and really tasty! Love their social made juices because they are made from real ingredients and not over sugary. Pricier than McDonald's or Burger King but if you want something delicious, fresh, and not full of fats and triglycerides it is worth the extra cost.

Very great food as always. The dining room is open with seating blocked off because of covid. They are offering their full menu and have new flatbread pizzas. Always an amazing selection of baked goods. Fast service.

This is a really nice place with quick service, but not too quick that the food is clearly not cooked lol. Prices are fair and the place looks nice and is inviting with a fireplace centrally located in the building. Great place for a quick date night or students doing homework or studying. My only feedback would be I wish there were more places that were a little closed off for privacy

Rob took extra good care of me and my coworker who came in from kenmore. i waited a bit for my smoothie which they were busy so no big deal and then they made it for me and he brought me AND my coworker two kitchen sink cookies complete with a dollop of whipped cream and caramel sauce as an apology. Rob is the best!!!
