I had left a poor review, because of a horrible customer service desk interaction. After filing a complaint about the individuals, the district manager of 10 stores reached out to find out what happened and hear my side of the story. It's unbelievable to me that someone of that stature in the company would take the time to reach out to one singular customer. That's customer service, and I've amended my review to reflect that.

Thank you - I hope the individuals in question can improve and learn to be a bit more patient and kind.

Everyone I worked with today was fantastic.
ASM was very helpful, the MET team supervisor was on top of everything and Bob the lumber Supervisor bent over backwards to accommodate my needs.

Always enjoy the friendly staff at lockport location. Had lots of options to choose from and staff was great helping me find the combo that is just right.

We love our Home Depot! We had the most wonderful cashier, her name is Dee! She was so friendly and personable, she made us feel more like family than customers, and she went way beyond just being a cashier and went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of! She deserves a raise, she is what makes people come back to your store! God bless you, Dee! You're a sweetheart!!

Had the items I needed for a project. Associate helped me by cutting a piece of lumber. He was very helpful.

Went in for a return of a faulty Milwaukee battery that was in a recent tool kit online purchase.
It was a little complicated but Leon at the Service Desk was able to make a phone call or two and ended up getting a refund for us!
He was a great help and fun to deal with.

They have had everything I need. I’ve been here almost daily for going on three weeks. I’ve been working on several home repairs and buying tools and parts as I go. Plumbing, electrical, doorways and windows. They have had every part I’ve needed. Im actually kind of sick of this place. 😋

The associate I came across in the garden section was super duper helpful in explaining the features of the in stock snowblowers they had. He took his time with me, showed me all the snowblowers available, and answered all my questions in a very clear detailed manner. He then assisted me in purchasing, ensuring I recieved the next day delivery, and afterwards even went through and showed me where all the features, controls were, and explained the electric startup. Great purchasing experience, and saved me the time of googling info. Of course now that I purchased an awesome snowblower for this year, I'm sure we won't get much snow 😉... but I'm ok with that 😅 (We can wish right?)

I wish I could remember his name but the man in the appliance department is the best. Knows his stuff...and is very helpful with his opinion on products.

Love the Home depot. The workers could be more helpful,they avoid eye contact. Except for the professionals in plumbing. And the girls in paint really know their stuff.

Customer service at this store is the absolute worst!! Three days ago I asked the gentlemen at the service desk if there was a limit to the amount of used motor oil that could be returned. He politely told me no limit but needed to have it in containers that could be left. Today I brought back a cart full of used motor oil containers and was meet with WOW not sure if we can accept a whole cart full. The lady with the long dark hair at the desk said there is a five gallon limit per day!!! How hard is it!!! Had I known AFTER I ASKED THREE DAYS AGO I would not have brought it all back at once! I was allowed to leave it but crying out loud, if there is a limit POST IT!!! Make a happy little sign and put it next to the sign that says you accept motor oil and make one for behind the desk so there is no confusion.

I first called the store to see if a particular item was in stock and spoke with Jacob in lawn and garden. He was very helpful and instructed me to place the order online and it would be assembled and ready within a day or so. I drove out to pick up the item a couple days later. Kay at customer service/order pickup was very patient and friendly, honestly everyone I interacted with at this location seemed happy and willing to help. They loaded the item onto my truck and helped me secure it. The entire process was organized and painless. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had at any Home Depot!

If you can't find it there you don't need it

Most staff are very helpful and will stop what they are working on to help you find what you are looking for. Speaking with retail experience, stopping and helping customers cuts down on how much time you have for day-to-day duties making them more hectic to get done. So it is very refreshing to find employees who are able to balance their workday with such excellent customer service.

We always go to the Home Depot in lockport. We like it better than Cheektowaga and even Niagara Falls. People there are knowledgeable and very helpful. Not so much in the other Home Depots. What we don't find in store they will order it for you.

This store has it all!! From Christmas decorations to lawn mowers... And you truly cannot beat their prices. Love The Home Depot it's a one stop shop for any reason during any season!

I ordered online and did curbside pickup it's the best

They had what I wanted at a price I considered fair. Short successful visit. Knowledgeable employee helped me find the product I wanted.
