AT&T Store

JD was amazing, my sister and I came to upgrade our phones and let me tell you he went above and beyond. He was so patient and helpful. He transferred all my photos and contacts thank you JD.

I upgraded my old Samsung Android on
New Year Day
1- I couldn't believe they were open
It took only a half hour to put it into play. They
Didn't have my phone in store, but when I ordered the new one, It
arrived at my home in 25hrs.

JD was able to help me with everything I needed. He shared valuable information and prepared all that was required for my purchase. His patience & customer service was excellent.

Came to pay my bill today, was immediately greeted by JD, I asked him about adding a new line to my account, and let me tell you that JD took the time to review my account he discovered I was being over charged by $81 with the savings I was able to add a new line with iphone 15 pro max. I will be telling my friends and family to come see JD to get their phones with him.

Just came in to get a new phone. I was helped immediately. They were really patient with me due to me having trouble getting my account number from sprint. Friendly and helpful. Good customer service. When a line started to form they were quick to help everyone with their needs.

The store employee was very helpful respectful and patient made the experience of getting my new phone very easy. Thanks At&t!

Great experience! I waited a bit, as the store should really be staffed with at least 2 people at all times, but as soon as Angel came on shift, she was a queen and helped me out with everything I needed, from getting a new phone, to transferring data to another etc. If anyone ever has problems at this store (or any att store really) I guarantee it's the ineptitude of the phone service agents that these wonderful salespeople have to deal with to get anything done on a customer's account. They are the ones who make getting a new device so annoying. I would absolutely go back to this store again. Thank you!

This area is my go to spot always gives the best service and not much of a wait. I guess I time it right

My husband was in need of a phone and JD Chavez was super helpful and made the process quick and simple for us, definitely recommend and definitely will be coming back.

They tried their best to help me out, but I still had to call customer service to see why my phone bill was $30 too much.

Patrick Joseph helped me today and solved my problem in 20 minutes! He went above and beyond to make sure he took care of everything I needed. Everytime I go this store, I am always helped and have all my questions answered. I had gone to the store on Tyler St., in Riverside, a "corporate store" and was told they couldn't help me and asked that I call customer support instead. I'm glad I decided to go this store on Chicago Ave, also in Riverside, instead. Patrick was more than happy to help me and without any of the attitude. AT&T, please check your so called corporate store on Tyler, if they aren't getting a sale, they give customers a hard time.

I highly recommend this store over any other AT&T store in Riverside or surrounding area, I had the best experience and service, Sarah the employee that helped me is the best! Great service, knows everything about anything and has great people skills. The manager is great as well and he should be very proud of Sarah as she is an amazing employee and roll model for the store and company!

Ask for Ricardo. He was amazing, he knew what he was doing. One store told me it would be $180 to upgrade my phone. Ricardo got it done for under $100. Alex the manager was great too. Very friendly, mature, and knowledgeable staff.

I was out of state on business for a few weeks and needed to exchange my Samsung Note 7 in for an alternate phone because of the recall. Mari was the customer service representative that took care of me while I was there. She really did a great job; she was polite, kept smiling and she was patient in working with an out of the ordinary situation. Thank you much for the great service, Mari!

Thank you Joseph for helping me replace my phone! I came in with a broken iPhone and came out with a brand new upgraded iPhone. The process was smooth and fast. I was helped right away. Even walked out with some new phone accessories!
