Bloomingdale's

Christmas Store is on top floor just keep taking escalator up. With the exception of the crystal ornaments, most of the ornaments looked like Santee Alley merch. The displays are much nicer than Macy's tho. Definitely more inventory but still paltry compared to pre Covid Christmas. Mostly candies & stocking stuffers.

Neat, clean, good service, huge parking, good service. Not very busy. Decent selection and the whole Plaza is 1 stop shopping.

Carmen Moran in intimate apparel is so helpful and knowledgeable! She assisted me in making sure I had the right fit. Fitting services are discontinued for safety reasons but she was able to make sure I found the right undergarments for my petite frame. I will be recommending her to all my friends.

She also explained to me the different cuts and styles of the undergarments, and which type of support would be needed. She blew my mind and I’m so impressed with her customer service. Ultimately, she saved me time and money with her efficiency and expertise.

Intimate apparel is on the third floor of Bloomingdale’s.

Bloomingdale’s at Sherman Oaks Westfield mall is a lovely store. There is valet parking near their entrance. There is a Nespresso boutique on the third floor. They also have a café - a great place to get a cuppa and rest a minute from all that heavy duty shopping. 🌹🍷

I would atleast try this place once. Almost have everything you need.

I love how personal and elegant my shopping experiences have been with most of the employees. They've gotten to know me now they call me by my name. Best three employees are Willie from Bobby Brown, Marcus from MAC and the older, wonderful and knowledgeable lady from Joe Malone.

Rosana Arias from the fine jewelry department was super helpful and sweet. She was helping me exchanged a gift I recieved for my bday. She made it super smooth and easy for exchanging for a necklace that she had to order. I'd shop with her again!

I want to pick up my online order from inside the store at the online order pick up. I just want to say all the employee's were nice . Specially John he was extremely patient with customers and employees while I was in line. He was com and friendly. With all the questions that was coming towards him while he was helping the customers. He also want above and beyond to help lady that by mistake was send to online order pick department by other department. And John he helped her even though it wasn't in his department. We need so many employee's like John to helps us. I work at the Retail department and I know how customers they can be pain Specially during pandemic and holiday season.

A very helpful employee Harry helped me, gave me a wonderful selection of options, and was so kind in the process!! He truly saved the day, and provided above and beyond customer service. I do a lot of shopping here. Love the kids selection and great service. Sales associates were so nice, knowledgeable, helpful and wonderful customer service skills!

Have shopped at this store several times in the last couple months for my son's upcoming wedding. China dept, lingerie, evening gown dept. Every sales clerk I've met has been so helpful and nice. Excellent customer service. Will be going back!

Smaller store. Nevertheless it is well appointed and the staff is nice. I really enjoy shopping at this store. Parking is right next to the store, I like not having to meander through the mall to get to the store.

If you are shopping for perfumes then Tyra is the ONE! With years of knowledge and experience in well known stores such as Barney's NY and others of similar class, she will easily narrow down to a scent that fits you best. I go to this location just for her, thank you.

I was at bloomingdale's store 14060 Riverside Dr in Sherman Oaks. Since I was at Neiman Marcus and did not receive me as a guest. I visited bloomingdale's department store, I felt really welcome., men's cologne department, Tony, Eric, Stephanie and all of them thanks all. Anthony is an incredible sales and service provider. I highly recommend asking for him. He helped me pick out the outfits I needed and knows the entire store inventory!

My favorite place for Shiseido cosmetics and the Make Up Date demonstration. The online ordering is also fast and a nice young man carries out your heavy purchases to your vehicle. I wish I could afford to buy the clothing but I do buy the Jo Malone perfume and oil diffuser, money well spent.
