Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but tonight we were helped by a young man with longer blonde hair and I think eyeglasses. He was the friendliest UDF employee, most helpful and made the BEST milkshake. Thanks!!

I was there 7 11 23 about 9 p.m. the guy behind the counter was very efficient, quick, polite, friendly, fast. Now the black woman was slow, and unfriendly. Too slow, almost left. Give the guy a raise. please....

I love stopping in this location Valarie is the best she always greets and welcome you. I would give her a 5 star all the time. But there is a new manager there that is always just sitting around mask not coverings her nose and seems rude like she doesn't want to be there. Im unsure of her name but she doesn't give me the welcome feeling this location is known for. Working on paper work during a rush.

Really enjoyed the delicious shake that Henry made today !one of the nicest people I have talked to in a long time ! Very knowledgeable of UDF products and explained some things I ididnt know about ice cream.

Nice ambience and service. The location has all varieties of ice cream and we enjoyed Cookies n cream and orange vanilla sherbet flavors. Worth trying this summer!
