This review need 6 stars. For real Micha is awesome. I was having serious issues with a fishing pole I bought just to find out it wasn't what I was doing but something wrong with the pole. So i needed to exchange the darn thing but i didnt have my receipt. Kayla went hunting through all the transactions and found it so i could exchange my defective pole for a new one. Micha showed me which pole I would be better suited for, gave me some great advice that I absolutely used. Moreover, he went out in the parking lot with me and made sure that the pole would cast with no difficulty so my fishing trip wouldn't be hindered. All in all, it was a great experience and I'm so thankful my son was there to witness what true customer service looks like.

Seriously Big 5 Corp... give that man a raise. I'll be going back to the sandy big 5 for all my sporting good needs because of Micha and the absolutely remarkable service he showed me.

The staff are helpful and happy to accept coupons. The store is always clean, organized, and well staffed.

I have only been in a Big 5 one time and then I went to this store where I made a purchase and a return the following day. I was treated like a King by a man named Eric both times. I was even brought a pair of shoes that he thought that I would like and I did. Because I wasn't happy with my fit I took them back and he greeted me again with a smile and a warm welcome. He told me on both days "thank you for your business, we appreciate you coming in". He was very busy on the night I was there but was able to handle several customers at the same time and commented on how he liked to get to know people and their needs to help them make the best purchases for them. The cashier was excellent too and was very attentive and friendly. The store was well stocked and I was actually surprised on how affordable things were. Great experience and thank you for being great. Why flail around in mediocrity. Be great like they are.

Great store, friendly employees, and some decent inventory. I was able to get what I needed, and the price was decent. Be sure and save yourself a few bucks, by getting a coupon before ya go in... cause at least with AT&T... the signal sucks in the store. Well done Big 5... well done.

Most big fights I've ever been to are generally a good place to do. Your sport-oriented shopping. This place is definitely above average with regard to Big Five's. Whoever is training their employees there. They're doing a good job! These guys are very customer-oriented. Sure. They're trying to ensure sales, I get it... But at least help me get what I came there to get. . And these guys to help me to get what I wanted to get! They also made sure to answer all questions and we're very positive and friendly, even if I didn't make the purchase on that same day. Which of course encourages me to go back for other purchases later in the future.

This is a big location version for Big 5. It’s has a variety of things available for them. There are a majority of sports shown here. Softball and baseball, soccer, weight lifting equipment, camping, etc.

The staff is helpful. I’ve noticed lately Big 5 has staffing issues. You might want to try coming in the middle of the hours instead of near closing hours.

This shop has almost everything you can need or imagine sports related.

Staff was very friendly. Checking out was easy.

This location is excellent! The staff was attentive, helpful and accommodating. When I expressed that I was in a time crunch when buying hiking boots the employee who helped me offered to put that specific pair on hold for me for when I could come back. Everyone in the store was knowledgeable.

Great customer service

We got some sleds for an early Christmas present for our kids. I think they will love the gift of a sledding experience. We got a sled that has breaks and can help you steer and a circle one that goes fast and spins. They are going to love it! Thanks for the help on deciding the best kinds to get for our kids. Great customer service! :)

Big5 is one of those places where I am always just amazed at what good deals they have on a variety of items. The staff is also very friendly and attentive. It is a testiment to their management at all levels. Sign up for their "1 Day Deals" emails for ridiculously great deals.

This place has everything! And is holding their own against the big box stores like Sports Authority (now defunct), and Scheels. Every time my brother visits from Atlanta, he has to make a stop for shoes! Great place to shop...and I'll be back there this week for some walking shoes and Spenco insoles! Five Stars.

This was the best church I have ever gone to. The Pope gave the best service in the world. I have never felt so connected to God. Definitely recommend this church! God bless your souls.

Always friendly staff and there quickly to help. Didn't have what I needed so the manager offered to order. Been back several times for other gear.
