BY FAR the BEST Wendy's experience I've had in......Well.... possibly EVER! This is no exaggeration! Usually, I go to Wendy's for the chicken (especially the spicy chicken), I definitely do not go for the customer service or speed of service. This location has raised the bar for Wendy's though. I was pleasantly pleasantly surprised. Not only was the food great, as always, but the staff was friendly and the service was efficient. THANK YOU WENDY'S!!!

Not a bad Wendy’s location. They always have gotten my order right and are quick through the drive thru.

Great location, quick and friendly service, nice dining area with lots of windows to enjoy some nuggets or a Dave's Single burger. The wifey and I visit fairly often as it's super convenient to our neighborhood.

Busy, but that's also a good sign. I'm not a burger fan, but Wendy's has options. Great salads and their baked potato is one of my all-time favorites.

Good fast food & fresh. Chicken sandwich & crisp french fries

I was in there last night right before close and all of the employees there were very kind and one employee Lamise was her name really showed exceptional service I don't know what she gets paid but she deserves a raise

Love the Colombian service. I mean super simple but as good as could be expected and a step above McDs

I've not often had great experiences at Wendy's, but this location has been great every time I've gone! Granted I've only gone through the drive thru, but they are always fast and friendly, and I never regret going. The food is always exactly what I want, and I really appreciate the consistency!

4 for $4 and $5 biggie bag is one of the best deals in fast food right now, and it's decent portions for the price. My wife and I like to grab one on the way to work and it keeps us fed through our shift. Haven't experienced many quality or service problems at this or any of their locations thus far (though they one did give me a Dave's single when I ordered a triple baconator, wasn't super happy with that). Overall worth the money!

This is the second time I've come to this location, with almost 5 years between my first visit. Both times I've been very pleased with my visit. The cashier was friendly and accurate. I got a son of Baconator both times. The patties were juicy and the bacon was perfectly crispy but not burnt. Excellent work on consistency.

Got food through the drive thru. My order was totally correct and the apple pecan salad was delicious.

I have been hesitant to go to this location for quite a while! Tried them again tonight and they did a great job! The food was wonderfu, the person taking our order and payment did a fabulous job everything was great I will continue to try them

Easy to access off of 9400 south or Highland. The morning staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast menu is ample with many selections, but the potato wedges severed with the combo meals were good but something I will not order again. They were just not a food item I need to have a second time. The coffee was fresh, and the amount of sugar and cream added were exactly as I had requested. I'll be back here for breakfast, but just a sandwich and coffee. And of course, their hamburger for lunch and dinner are always a great meal option too.

Wow! Big shout out to Maria and her team. I was pleasantly surprised that I had five cars ahead of me and within 6 minutes or so they were all through and had their food. My fries and hamburger were hot and fresh. Much better than the very slow 700 East and Fort Union location!

I came with 5 little kids and Olga was at the register. She was possibly the nicest, most patient person that I have interacted with in a customer service setting in a very longtime. Her kindness and generosity have ensured that I will come back.

I used to manage a wendy's and I personally know how nerv wrecking it can be for a new employee so I wanted to give props and a huge shout out and thank you to one of the employees at this location named Katharine she was visibility worried that she wasn't a pro after only a few days of working here for her first time but never showed how worried she's was that she was doing something to upset me. She never stopped smiling and repeating my order back to me so she could make sure she had everything correct. She wanted to get her manager because she felt like she wasn't giving me the service she deemed respectful and professional. Now I know how nail biting working at fast food can be when The world is not overly agrevated due to the pandemic and with some people unfortunately taking out their frustrations on hard workers like this girl at the store I'm sure along withall the other workers out there that are working during this pandemic at grocery stores and food establishments and trucking jobs and doctors and nurses and pharmacists and employees that stay well over past their time at work so that we can have it a little bit easier I just goes to show how showing kindness and patience to someone who is making my life a little bit easier today so to the corporate and the managers during the shift she worked tonight and the franchise that she works with you've got an amazing employee with a lot of potential on your hands with katherine I don't know her last name I didn't ask I'm pretty sure I have the right location and if not it's right off of fort Union boulevard by a Smith and Wells Fargo and a Walgreens and a Zions yeah so thank you katherine for making a not so good day and on a good note. And thank you for being patient with me and my dad's backwards order.

I commute from Provo to Sandy. I have stopped at several Wendy's along the way. This is the ONLY location that gets it right every time, the food is never stale always fresh, and they do it exactly the way you asked them to without any confusion. This is the only Wendy's I will order food from.

Excellent staff! I had a last minute request to add to my order. They were quick and even gave me additional items. They did forget my chili, but when I went back to get it, they were Very Sorry, Sweet, and even gave me another drink for free! They will take care of you!
