Placed an online order (2 actually) when I went in to pick up, I noticed one of the orders were incorrect regarding the size of primer I had purchased. It was a glitch in the system, but much to my surprise and appreciation, the manager Jeremy, made this right with me. Just when I thought great Customer Service was a thing of the past. The employees at Lowe’s, showed me it’s still something I can not only expect, but can count on with them. Thank you Lowe’s & Associates! You’re the best!!

I recently had storm doors installed on every entrance of my house. Can't be more pleased with the results. Have already noticed my house especially my kitchen is staying a lot warmer. Furnace is kicking on LESS frequently. My thanks to Lowe's sales department, manufacturing department, and installation department for their professionalism and guidance throughout the process. Made this a very enjoyable experience.

This review is specifically for Adam! My wife and I were in on Saturday getting wood flooring, and Adam was such a great help! He got us an entire pallet loaded, and helped us put it in our truck! These two sales girls tried to steal his sale while he was getting the barcode for us, and Adam deserves a raise! The best lowes employee we've ever worked with! Go Adam!

My husband and I were looking for information to help us better understand our contractor's process for a project that didn't seem to be going as planned.

We found several methods on Pinterest that were different than what the contractor was doing, which could be good or bad...we didn't know.

We wanted to try to and validate the contractor's process and/or see if we could tackle the project ourselves, so we went to the Sandy Lowes to explore options and "pick the brains" of the Lowes Team.

From the moment we walked into the store, we received multiple greetings and offers to help us find what we needed. It was so nice not to have to search out someone to help us and even nicer that the folks there were so friendly and willing to help.

While I don't remember the names of all of the friendly folks on the Lowes team that tried to help us, I wanted to give a special "shout out" to Mary and Jesse for going "above and beyond". Mary wasn't sure of the answer to our question but she didn't give up trying to find us someone that did. Ultimately, Jesse provided his thoughts and feedback and we left with a very positive feeling about our experience at Lowes.

We have a Home Depot just down the street from us but we consistently make the drive to Lowes in Sandy because of the focus on service and the wide selection. Thank YOU!

Absolutely Awesome. Staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to help me get an oversized snowblower into my car by unboxing it, removing wheels and making sure I had all the parts. Big shout out to Julien, Letticia, Zach, Logan, Mike & Jessica. Thank you all for your help - I will not forget it.

Clean organized facility! Ample parking! Great selection of inventory. Prices are definitely reasonable. The staff are helpful, professional, and accommodating. I appreciate their measures taken to help protect the public against covid 19. I will return for sure

I work in property management and my team is at this location almost daily. The staff is super helpful and very knowledgeable. The store is always super clean, and very well stocked. Returns are always a breeze. Super great location.

Great store with most of what you need home n hardware

Very friendly associates. The pro desk is very awesome there they help me out a lot of everything that I needed. The guy behind the pro desk was very awesome he got everything that I needed and got everything delivered for me.

Try going to Lowe's and browsing the clearance. Just be careful as for you may find yourself filling up a cart with things you didn't know you had to have untill you saw what a good deal it was...

Great experience on 6/20. Three awesome, helpful, friendly employees. Shel was very kind to our special needs friend and went out of her way to go to the employee break room to get her a Diet Dr. Pepper. We made a few mistakes at the self-checkout and the nice employee was patient and helped us correct our error. Excellent store. Our first choice when we need this type of store. Thanks!!

I was really surprised but this place is better than home Depot in the area and also harbor freight. Usually I can find better things of the other places. This location is worth shopping.

KIERAN is awesome. Very skilled with cutting lumber and helped me get my MDF board cut in store. Knows a lot and incredibly friendly.

Something has changed at this store since my last visit. Employees were engaging and seeking to help. Assistant Manager escorted me to two sections to help me find what I needed quickly. Probably saved me 20 minutes.

It’s a good hardware store. Always have good experiences with customer service, paint, lumber, garden center, etc.

Xander Hutchins was very helpful and assisted me the first time while ordering my vinyl fence online. He helped me the next day to insure that I had everything I needed and then loaded the trailer. Then he helped again when I came back for a few more parts. He is extremely competent, efficient and has great customer service. I am very appreciative of him. He is definitely an asset to Lowes. I needed to change the lighting fixtures in my Kitchen. Billy led me through the whole process. He really knows his Stuf. the project went smoothly and i am pleased with the results. The whole store is friendly and helpful.
