Fantastic from beginning to end. Went in to change my brother's phone, and the process was smooth. Carmen was great. Super helpful and very friendly. We had a blast getting assistance from her. It took more time than expected because my brother had a lot of files and pictures to transfer 😅 so that was LONG. But otherwise, great. Thank you, Carmen, for the assistance today. 😁

Customer service is great. Jason is very professional and friendly, easy to talk to, understood what we wanted, gave great recommendations.

I went to T-Mobile last week because I wanted to get their Internet. I went to the T-Mobile on William Floyd Parkway that is in the shopping center of home depot. I must say I am extremely happy with the service that I am receiving from the T-Mobile tower. I also want to mention how confident and smart the staff is and how Nick went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure that we left very happy and we had our Internet! He truly is a great man and so are the other gentlemen that are there. They can answer all of your questions and they truly do go above and beyond for the customer and that goes a long way with me and my husband!!! I encourage anyone who would like to get the Internet Box to stop down to the T-Mobile in Shirley on William Floyd Parkway and go see the guys there and tell him Danielle sent yeah lol This! The service is impeccable and it's not expensive as other competitors out there and it works perfect so far so good! I and my husband are very happy customers. Go see Nick!!!

My husband and I decided to switch our cell phone service. We decided on T mobile and visited the store in Shirley . Immediately upon entering were were greeted with a warm, "Hello" and "How can I help you?
Jason was very kind and professional. He answered all our questions and flawlessly switched our service in a respectable time frame .
We engaged with many of the staff that day. Everyone was friendly and greeted any customer who walked through the door with smile . The whole atmophere in this T Mobile was one of camaraderie. We were very comfortable and felt very taken care of. I know when I need help again with my phone, Jason and the staff at T Moblie will be there. ThANKS GUYS!

Best Cell store I have ever been to in my life. As a business owner we all have needs but Nick and the whole staff assisted me to the utmost care and urgency for my needs. Nick made my acquisition quick and smooth and applied all promotions I qualified for. I will only be coming to this T-Mobile store from now on for all my needs.

I took my daughter to the store on Christmas Eve because her phone was malfunctioning. The young lady that helped us was extremely helpful and very pleasant. She was well informed and made the visit a pleasure.

This is the only Sprint Store I will go to for now on.
The new Manager, Claudia is amazing. She took the time to understand my needs and got me great plan and saved me money. Prices are good. Service is great. Will def. Recommended her and the store.

Just upgraded to my new phone with the help of Anna and Ditter.. wonderful staff, a wonderful experience. Such genuine people willing to help others. Would recommend this T-Mobile location to anyone and everyone..

Those dudes that work there are really good at what they do, especially Nick. Nick is extremely helpful and informative, he answered all of my questions, of which I had a lot, and worked with me to get the best possible deal. Because of him, it was actually cheaper for me to get the new phone rather than keep the old one. 110% deserves a raise. Also a really cool guy, we got to talking about a bunch of stuff besides boring old phones. Any staff like that, who can make what is normally a dull process into a friendly and light-hearted experience, deserves a FAT raise. 11/10, only store I'll go to. Screw Montauk Highway T-Mobile. These dudes rock.

P.S. - If you look at some of the 1 star reviews, they seem like bots. Or something fishy is going on. They leave 1 star with no comments for the William Floyd Pkwy store and 5 stars with no comment for the Montauk Highway store. And those are the ONLY 2 reviews on those accounts. Maybe lazy reviewers, but it seems... suspicious.

I had a major problem with my phone and it was totally my fault . I erased every thing on my phone Anna was able to restore every thing back for me . Anna should be commended for her expertise in restoring my phone for me . Excellent 😊 employee . Thank you ANNA

Great place, great people, that make their best!

Wasn't for me went for my father she had lost his phone insurance info into codes and stuff that he didn't have they took care of everything made it super easy and he got everything he needed which made my life easy. WINNING

The employees in this location went above and beyond to help me. They upgraded my phone but that was not it. They helped me set up everything. They even helped me reset the passwords I forgot, they helped me sync my phone with my car and even helped me set up music radio stations on a music application.
I went to the other store on Montauk Highway before and they would not even talk to me if I was not buying something.
This store restored my trust and loyalty to Sprint. This will be the only location I go to from now and forward.

Yeah, I am extremely happy that I met Anna, who attended to me. I got to the store a little bit troubled about switching from MetroPCS to TMobile. She made it sound and feel so easy, cool, calm and professional. Took me through each package and offers with ultimate professionalism. She truly deserve a better form of appreciation.

went above and beyond to fix my phone after a Sim card malfunction staff was on the phone making call after call for 3 hrs! finally ending with a happy girlfriend and a working phone I'll always come to this store location from now on

Best consumer service as soon u walk in door way better then store on Montauk highway after waiting 20 mins to pay a bill and phone off they tell me computers down I think this store out just deal with selling phones and tmobile consumers only which not right I sure will never deal with that store ill deal with store william floyd instead
