Alexandra installed my new screen and camera protectors better than I ever could have and was extremely polite. Also had great recommendations for a phone case for my 14 pro. Her manager Nate was a swell guy too.

I recently had a pleasant experience with worker named Sean. He was very patient, professional and knowledgeable when I and 3 kids upgraded our phones.

Really good experience at this store - great customer service. I went in to trade in and upgrade my phone. Manager Nathan assisted me and was informative but definitely not pushy with upselling services. He continued to be really friendly and helpful and not all bothered by the fact that we had to go a little past official store closing time in order to finish the transaction. (The other staff member was helping another customer finish up too, and I observed the same helpful demeanor from him, as well.)

Walked in planning to get one phone and ended up with new phones for the family! Simon was beyond helpful and personable during our visit. He was patient with all of our many questions and explained everything to make sure we understood. He let us know we could return with any questions and I have no doubt he meant it. The associates that helped get everything together were very kind as well. Great experience!

I came into the store today after a...less than stellar experience with AT&T customer care (where I spent 1.5+ hours on the phone to be told they couldn't help me). Walking in I certainly was not in a good mood. Lucky for me, Colton was calm and jumped in to help. While I was sure to tell him I was not mad at him; I was definitely upset by the entire AT&T experience. He walked through getting my issue handled, had to make couple of phone calls himself, and at the end of it my problem was solved. Can't say enough how nice it is to have someone actually want to help solve the problem AND make sure things are done and done right. Give this guy a raise because he deserves it. If nothing else, at least an extra day off!

My experience with Jonathon couldn’t have been better! I always get a little nervous with a phone upgrade because there is a lot involved and our transaction was a bit tricky. I was completely impressed with Jonathon’s knowledge and understanding. I was able to make an appointment with him and that was very helpful. I also appreciated his patience and I could tell he was very kind and helpful to others in the store too. Jonathon has a very pleasant personality and I found it easy to talk with him. I could tell he takes his job at AT&T very seriously and I admire that. I would definitely go back simply based on my experience with Jonathon.

Michael did a great job of patiently navigating a complicated situation. He took great care of us and made sure we got as many deals as possible. I felt confident in his service. He also put a screen protector on my new phone with so much precision! Thanks Michael.

I recently switched from a personal account to a business account. I had recently gave this location another try after a not so great experience around 2 years ago. I was helped by Phileon. He made the process of switching accounts a great experience. There were a few hiccups with dealing with the online and phone representatives so I had to come back in to the store two additional times. Luckily, both times I came in, Phileon was there to help me! He is very patient, knowledgeable and smart. I would have rated this store zero stars two years ago, but it looks like this store is trying to get great people working for them now. Thank you Phileon, for the great customer service!

We almost left AT&T because of the experience we had at the Newberg, OR store. Phil at the Sherwood AT&T store saved the day! He was consistent and honest. He spent hours helping me and my husband and had the patience of a saint. Thank you Phil and Sherwood AT&T!

Micheal Porter did a phenomenal job placing my screen protector on. Normally I have issues with all sorts of bubbles and in fact my last screen protector I screwed up myself and had been looking at it for quite a while. This just caused my blood to just boil. I came in to the Sherwood AT&T and Michael assured me that he would take care of the issue. A few brief moments later I walked out with a perfectly placed screen protector and ease of mind that my device was safe. Thank you Micheal Porter and Thank you AT&T Sherwood.

After much frustration and difficulty with an old phone I stubbornly decided to visit this local AT&T store. I just want to say I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! Originally I had Jonathon Arreola helping me and Chris Cobler (a phenomenal Manager), helped me not only resolve my issue but help save me money in more ways than one! I was able to upgrade to a stellar phone, cut down payments, and was even able to obtain all the items I needed for my device all before I left the store! I also want to give a special shout out to both Avo and Michael for willing to also go above and beyond to create a wonder customer experience. Everyone was very kind, knowledgeable, and overall fantastic. I cannot give this location enough props, if you need help setting up a new service or have been loyal customer I highly recommend checking them out! Hopefully your higher up can read this because y'all are one awesome team ( a true asset to AT&T) that this company wouldn't want to lose, so be sure to give everyone a raise!
