My husband and I have never been here before and Brieanna was AMAZING. She was super helpful right off the bat and had an answer for pretty much every question we had. She gave good recommendations and tips for certain products and was just all around so sweet and so helpful. 10/10

I had a great experience here!! The store is clean and well-organized, and the staff are friendly and helpful. If you are a younger adult, be sure to bring an ID with your photo and birthdate!

Bebe is the best employee there! Always super helpful for me and my partner. She helps us every time we come in and has great advice and is very knowledgeable about everything in the store and what is new/just came in. She always points us in a good direction. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I would add photos but I don’t think any of them would be appropriate by Google standards.

Just finished a shopping session there and wanted to leave a thank you note. I would encourage EVERYONE - if you are in the area, definitely check this store out. The selection is incredible and you will be shocked at how far love toys and "furniture" have been advancing! The salespeople are so amazing, genuinely helpful, patient, and really positive energy. I came in for one item and ended up spending an hour with Jess. She helped go through what we are looking for, how it compares to what we have, and introduced us to the newest stuff. This is mos defintely my favorite store!

I have not been in a LL store since the late 90s when they had the cheesy commercials lol... But today I came to browse for a camisole and left with a half dozen of different goodies!   What an awesome array of products and I had two salesladies named Asteria and Brie. They really went out of their way to coach me on the latest and greatest trends in technology.  Even as an embarrassed older guy, I felt very comfortable discussing what I needed and the two were sooo professional... I am so glad I found a new home for my adult needs!

The manager Brianna (I think) and the staff are incredibly helpful. Many of these conversations can be awkward but the staff is always respectful and professional.

My husband and I were on a road trip together and decided to stop in here just for fun. I was amazed by the selection of fetish toys and lingerie they had! We ended up walking out with a big bagful of goodies (hehe). The people who worked there were also super nice and helpful!

I wen there and got a nice pair of cuffs that were ok. They do have a wide array of things when you are in pinch. Large selection of lingerie as well.
