Kohl's

I’ve been shopping at Kohls since they opened in Bel Air. The merchandise they carry is good quality and to my taste. The most important thing is that I know if I am not satisfied with anything I purchase they are there to help and or accept my return. Their incentives keep me returning as well. I love my Kohls cash.

I visited my Kohl’s store this Black Friday weekend to make a purchase of 2 related items. Ultimately one was located in the stock room by a young male associate, who spent another 15 minutes attempting to order the other item for me. However, their system was NOT cooperating. He referred me to his mgr who also had the same issues but figured a way around them and placed my order, finally!
In spite of spending an inordinate amt of time on what should have been a relatively quick purchase, I was actually AMAZED at the EXTREMELY high level of customer service I received that day. Even the cashier was extra helpful in applying a discount for me and the wait time in line was short, due to every register being manned. All in all, a VERY IMPRESSIVE visit to Kohls.👏

I was at Kohls shopping on Black Friday. The speed of the cashiers was amazing. And they were all helpful and upbeat despite the never ending line. It was a positive experience.

Nice clean store with a big variety of merchandise for children and women. They also have a big selection of HomeGoods. Employees are always very nice and helpful.

I don't like this location. Employees and never around and can't get help. When you do find one the attitudes are flying high! We will definitely not be back to this location which is sad because it's like right behind my house and we spend a decent amount of money at Kohl's. Oh well another location will get our business!

I went early so there wasn't a lot of staff.
Everyone was busy. Nice atmosphere. The cashier was pleasant and very helpful

The store is always so clean and the employees are always so friendly and helpful. When I was there the other day, the manager was on the floor with an employee making minor adjustments to a display - it's that kind of attention to detail that makes a difference!

I always love going to Kohls. If u pay attention to the great screens then u can really get prices. We got my daughter an early birthday present there...a frozen bike!!

Nice store. Very big and I love the location. A lot of options and good sales. Would definitely come back.

Love to go to this Kohl's. Always find big n tall shirts and polos for my husband and of very good quality of fabrics. A very difficult size to find in the regular retail stores. Look for coupons and promotions and you'll be surprise of the great deals you'll find.

Kohl's in Forest Hill has the best associates and merchandise. I love Kohl's.

They have good stuffs, prices are fair, staffs are nice!!

The savings are awesome. But the employees are rude. Sephora, they stand and ignore customers. Returns front desk was rude: informed me to make my purchase at the registers far right, registers close to return area have no one working. Excuse me for deciding to purchase ornaments early after picking up my order from the back boxes, OPEN FOR ANY PERSONS TO TAKE, then taking time to browse, IN STORE, the items I saw online. I then went to purchase items at a register closes to parked vehicle.
There was a male employee helping a customer that brushed my arm by mistake and apologized. That is the type of employee that should be at the front return area. I understand working in front of people for long hours whether in good spirits or tired and having a bad day.
To be chastised for wanting a quick departure was rude, without consideration.
November 23, 2022 was not this stores best days. Compared to Kohl's Middle River and Kohl's Forest Hill, Bel Air store is 5 stars on neatness, 3 stars for customer service. No stars for the arrogance.
