My experience at Extra Space Storage was everything first time customers would expect. Chris was very warm and welcoming on the phone as he was in person. He has the most positive attitude and great customer service. I look forward to doing business with them.

It was a pleasure working with Sheila Sayer. I walked in the office with no knowledge of how storage units work nor the process! She educated me through the whole process, she was very patient and kind! This type of service is rare in this day and age! She’s a true asset to the company and I thank you all for employing such a great staff member!

I had the pleasure of working with Chris today to secure my storage unit and was unsure of the size I needed. Chris asked me what items I had to put in the unit and made the perfect recommendation.
