McDonald's

I wanted to give a shout-out to the guy who was working alone tonight. We didn’t catch his name but he was nice and did his best to get everyone’s food as fast as he could. There was about 6 cars in front of us and 10ish cars behind us. He seemed a bit stressed and honestly I would be to, but he did an amazing job!

The food at this McDonald's was unparalleled; incredibly fresh and of remarkable quality.

Courteous employees with real customer service skills...how refreshing! The food is...well...Mickey D's...no different than what you'd get anywhere else.

I had a small issue it was handled very professionally and the young lady that handle my issue was very pleasant. I believe that her name was Susie..

Everything was fresh & hot. Drive thru was quick.

The staff was very courteous and worked expeditiously. There was a very long line of cars at the drive thru and the staff wo hard to get the cars through fast as they took care of us walk in customers.

Drive-thru had very quick service. In and out. Consistent food quality

Honestly stopped going to the Baltimore pike McDonald's and started coming to this one, and I have to say out of all the ones I've been to that are closer to me. This is far the best one. I LOVE the enthusiasm from drive thru especially at night, they're so friendly and amazing service. I haven't once been disappointed. So whoever is hiring these people and making this place, you have done amazing.

Best late night McDonald’s in the area. I purposely pass the one off 24 by the mall because it’s trash compared to this one. Hot, good and food how you order it. Plus they’re just very friendly, even sometimes I bring my dog and they love to watch her eat some whipped cream. Only McDonald’s near me I’ll go to now 😂

Always friendly staff.

This is a corporate store and not a franchisee, as a result the service here is better than the surrounding McDonald's. Sweet tea here is always made just right and not too sweet. The only complaint, if you can call it that, is the Wi-Fi speed is on the slow side.

I took my grandson for a Happy Meal because he was off of school. He Loved the meal and his Dino toy.

This is the only good McDonald’s in Harford County. All of the other ones have nasty food and I won’t eat at them. The staffs always friendly too. Opened 24 hours. I don’t know what all of these nasty reviews are for.

Gave me honey with my chicken nuggets liked I asked for instead of honey mustard. This McDonald’s helped me smile during these trying times and I thank them for that. This is truly a wonderful day!

This McDonald's is fast prompt and they get your food to you very fast and all of the staff is excellent to deal with.

Same no matter which one you go to! Which is good!! A little slower service today, but they do have signs everywhere saying they are hiring!
