AT&T Store

I was due for an iPhone upgrade. I came into the store and the staff there were quick to welcome me in, even though there were all busy with other customers. I worked with an employee who very knowledgeable and made the process very easy. I was in and out under 30 min and even made the Protect Advantage purchase. He wasn’t pushy like you get with other sales people.

Came in to pay our bill and was politely and professionally greeted by Brian ! We had a few questions about upgrading our current devices , since we recently started a business Brian informed informed us about possibly switching to a business account and adding a couple new lines !! Since we agreed to set up the buisness account and were going to be in the store for a bit and we had our 2 children with us , Brian busted out a mini basketball hoop and ball to entertain our kids !! In the end our bill hardly went up and Brian was able to give us a promotion and actually put our first charge for the new phones to negative $4 !! What a great experience, we couldn't have been happier !! Thanks again Brian !!!

Bryan is great to work with! He let me know about firstnet for first responders, healthcare professionals, and sworn law enforcement individuals. It saved me $40 or so on my plan. Highly recommend this store and Bryan. Thank you!

This store is great! Tyson is awesome! He helped me switch from eSim. back to regular when I needed to, with no hickups. Very pleasant conversation about tech that we both enjoy too. This shop has always been helpful for me even though I'm a prepaid customer. Thank you!!

Mr Stephen was remarkable. Not only did he make sure I was taken care of but he never made me feel as if I was a bother being that he is in a manger position. Very grateful for him and his assistance! Will be coming back 10/10

Bryan was amazingly kind and patient. He put my calendar app. back on my IPHONE.. I can’t say enough about how much I appreciated his help.

Recently had a huge mixup/issues with an expensive trade-in and an employee named Bryan went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure that it worked out. The guy literally spent 4 hours being transferred between different departments to fix the issue and I’m super grateful. This will be the only Spokane AT&T location I’ll go to from here on out! The rep we dealt with was friendly and very helpful throughout my interaction. He was able to answer all the questions I had and was able to give me options for when I am ready to make the switch over. Sadly I do not remember his name.

Tyson, Ashton and Charles are rockstars! I had an issue with activating a new device that I ordered through the website. AT&T online customer service was poor. However, they were very helpful and friendly in store. It required several different attempts, but they worked together to make it happen. I also observed quality service for many other people who came in while I was waiting. During the process, they also ensured I was receiving all the discounts possible on my account. They were very knowledgeable and even provided suggestions about improving reception at home which is slightly out of town. A huge thanks for all their help!

Kudos to Aaron for great customer service. Finally decided to dump Verizon since their coverage had degraded so much I no longer can use my phone in my house. He made the switch super easy and knew about some ways to save me some $$. I no longer have to go sit on my front porch to make a cell phone call!
