Clayton assisted me with replacing a Verizon TCL flip phone that malfunctioned after 10 months. It took a long time for him to contact and arrange a new phone with the manufacturer. He finally secured a replacement phone that will arrive next week. It was a long process, but he stuck with me and completed the replacement that I could not have achieved on my own because I had no phone! Thank you, Clayton, for your assistance!

This place was great easy pick up great staff friendly helpful with every question I had. If your having problems with your bill just talk to them they will work something out to help you out. Very happy with my experience there. I'll be back as always :) what are you waiting for I recommend 100%

I use the store solely for my business. I love the people there and they ALWAYS give excellent customer service. Whenever I have questions about products they are there to help and appreciate it when I share things I learn about their products with them. Update....two years later.....I still use this store and it is the only one I will ever use. The staff is incredible...Ryan is my go to person for anything. He always remembers me when I come into the store and is extremely helpful in all aspects. Mark has helped me a couple of times and is also great! Never a negative experience!!

I agree with all the 4 star reviews. I give it a 5 for the basic fact that at worst they are very good at focusing on both customer service (i.e. working with people like me - "c'mon, c'mon, I'm on a schedule here!") and getting your needs met (i.e. efficiency). The group working today were very busy, very patient, and got a lot of work done. Don't like waiting, but good service is worth waiting for.

Excellent service when my GF went to get a new phone. In and out in under an hour. I would definitely recommend going to one of these legitimate stores rather than some of the contract workers: a year ago the contract worker took 3 hours to do the same process and performed pushy up-sells the whole time. Not here. The sales associate was also very upfront about the limitations of the product she was selling (a rare trait these days) and that was appreciated. Will be a repeat.

Had to wait about 20 minutes for help because they were busy, but staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Much better experience than other Verizon stores I have visited. Employee went extra mile to help get phone and ipad working that I was changing over from ATT service. It appeared that all employees were knowledgeable and patient when helping customers.

Heather (manager?) was great and both of the gentlemen we worked with were so helpful! My only regret is not dumping Sprint PCS sooner! They made it so easy and hassle free. They basically handle everything.

I goofed and managed to cancel my Verizon account when switching to Google Fi and lost access to my phone number that I had for 10+ years with Verizon. The staff at this location helped temporarily activate my account so I could transfer my number successfully even though I was technically no longer a Verizon paying customer. If I go back to Verizon, it will be because of great service like this. Thanks for the help!

I cannot remember the name of the gentleman there but this was a couple years ago. My ex-wife and I were doing a 5,000 mile road trip. within the first couple hundred miles, my phone went bad. Her phone was a flip phone. my phone was the only means of navigation. We came to this store at closing time and explained our situation. The worker kept the place open to us for almost 1.5 hours past closing! I wish i knew his name because he made the trip easier for us.
Unfortunately it didn't save the marriage lol 😂

Started out rough @ the division location but was Amazed with the quality of service from Cass @ the Regal location. Reassured me on all my worries and went way above what I had expected. Proud to be no longer with Sprint and apart of Verizon.

I did not get her name, but a female worker there saved me a bundle. I went in to replace a smart phone with a broken screen with no insurance and over a year to upgrade time. She could have sold me a new phone but instead gave me options that neither Costco nor the website offered. Brava! I will go there always now. She deserves a raise!

It's great I got the new iPhone 7 + just because I switched, I love Verizon because it's reliable. Everybody tries to say that version cost to much but there prices are very low. Do you remember every watching a commercial and seeing other phone companies trying to say they are better ,better than who well Verizon ! Get Verizon 👍👍👍

Joseph Davenport helped with some billing issues and also took care of the new cord I needed. Customer service at this shop is wonderful.

Aaron was very knowledgeable and skilled, he was able to fix my phone issue quickly and give me some excellent advice on future purchases.

Best customer service I've had in Spokane for Verizon out of the three stores I visited. They were able to help me where the other 2 stores told me they couldn't do anything.

The staff here went above and beyond when I had a issue at a different local Verizon Store. Store is smaller but the help is amazing and they can order anything you need!

This is a pretty busy location, but they are well staffed with knowledgeable people. They are always ready & willing to tackle all technical & billing & sales issues.

Small, quiet place compared to most Verizon outlets, making the wait times shorter. Easy-going & helpful staff.

Every one in this store has been great, they have always gone above and beyond for me and my elderly parents, so glad they are nice and close too.
