AT&T Store

After literally a month of being passed around by customer service, being given incorrect information, and the many people I spoke with unsuccessfully transferring my cell phone number from a buisness account to a personal account despite following all of the required steps to do so we went to the store. Austin and Jordan were a HUGE help and went above and beyond to finally get this done. Should we need assistance in the future we will definitely be returning to this store even though there are many others much closer to our home.

Austin was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful during our visit. We had been trying for months to change from a business plan to a consumer plan, and were given the run around a few times. Austin listened to our issues, and spent a lot of time to work everything out. I also needed to upgrade my phone and he was knowledgeable about all of the different iPhones, without being pushy. I would recommend Austin at the Cinnaminson, NJ location any day!

I came to this location to upgrade my iPhone this past weekend and had an amazing experience! In the past I remember sitting in the store for hours and always feeling oversold on a plan, phone and accessories. This was absolutely not the case this time around! Greg was the associate that helped me and he helped me get a new phone, completely set up my new phone on top of that and I was out of there in under 40 minutes. He was friendly, helpful and super knowledgeable in the phone itself and products to go best with. Highly recommend!

Damian was able to activate Facebook on my new cell phone after I had struggled with it for 4 days!! He was persistent and did not give up until the job was done ! Good work Damian! And thank you !!! 😀

Jay was fantastic and so helpful. He gave awesome customer service and no pressure to upsell.I would have gone to closer locations but will travel to Cinnamonson and recommend family to stop by if they need help at ATT. So happy with my new phone and plan. Thanks, Jay!!!!

I was completely satisfied with the service I received today. The team salesmen were Joseph and Ricky. They worked together to make sure I left with a product I would be able to use easily. Excellent customer service!!!

Greg, the associate who helped me, went above and beyond on every aspect of the transaction. I just went in for a base model replacement phone, so the first good thing was that he didn’t try to upsell me. Second good thing: he was very persistent and creative in recovering as much of my information as possible, given that my old phone was unsalvageable and I hadn’t backed up to iCloud. And third: he took the initiative to make two changes to my plan that will result in more services for less money.

Greg the manager went above and beyond today helping me find a tablet for my special needs daughter to run apps she needs to communicate … also showed me how to work the parental controls and guided access. Told me to come back with any technology questions as I’m a single mom and he could see I was getting frazzled easily!!! Thanks mister greg me and my girl much appreciate you!

Had a gentleman named Eric who assisted me with getting my new phone set up.
I tried doing it on line/by phone but was not successful.
He was extremely patient and even helped me with upgrades I was not aware of.
I left Verizon because of their outrageous prices and bad instore customer service.
Thank you Eric for making my experience an easy and stressless one!!
