ShopRite of Cinnaminson

I come and do my shopping on a regular basis. I have only good things to say about associates who are out on the floor restocking, checking dates, picking up misplaced product, etc. When approached they have been more than happy to tell me where I should find an item. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The cashiers I have gone to are also very professional and always greet you as they begin the checkout process. Store is always stocked and very clean. This is my go to ShopRite and I live closer to two other ShopRite stores.

I love this store the only complaint I have is that they no longer allow orders over 25 items at self checkout. I prefer to to use self checkout because I hate waiting in line for slow as snails cashiers. I understand that it's because of theft but they have cameras all over even at the registers you scan from. They have checkout clerks who should be monitoring self checkout. Now I have to be inconvenienced because loss prevention and clerks aren't doing their job. Maybe lower some damn prices and people wouldn't have to steal

I went to this ShopRite on 12/24/2023, and I had a Great experience, the price on a particular item was incorrect I along with a few more customers question this, the manager was so accommodating and nice and he made it right, Don't know the managers name, but kudos to him, I love shopping at that ShopRite, it always looks clean and the associates always trying to please the customers.

Very nice ShopRite. I enjoy going there. I didn't appreciate the customer service I received when voicing a problem. I informed an employee that the register lines were 3 and 4 deep and it was causing a problem for shoppers to get from isle to isle. I was told... that's not my job. Find the person in a black shirt. Really? Guess what..NOT MY JOB EITHER! Some employees need customer service class or work in the stockroom. They shouldn't be interacting with customers.

Chantay, our cahier, was extremely helpful at checkout! Upon purchasing toilet paper, she enlightened us to a digital coupon available, which had a huge savings value! She actually took our card to the kiosk and added the coupon for us while we ran off to get the correct item. She then sang Happy Birthday to me along with another employee who happened to be checking out behind us. This day's entire experience at ShopRite was truly the most enjoyable shopping trip we can ever remember! THANK YOU, Chantay! Thanks to ShopRite and all the staff there.

My Bestfriend and I came here to pick up a cake for her son. There was no one in the bakery section. We waited a few mins then asked an associate for assistance to get a name on the cake. We watched Yaya from The Deli section walk behind the counter looking around for some stuff and then came to us and said did you need something written on the cake. She said the associate went on break . So she said I can try. So we let her because it was just going to be eaten by a bunch of kids (LOL) and we said Thank you so much because she went above and beyond for us. Very friendly and kind. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

I live in Marlton and always go to the store next to me but, my grandma and I were at the Walmart a couple lights down and my grandma needed something from Shoprite so, I went in here. When I tell you how surprised I was.. I was speechless !! The store is HUGE !! It is like the size of a football field. I've never seen a grocery store that big before. The workers there are very, very nice!! The produce and all other food is stocked so well. The place is very clean. I notified a worker that there was a spill and she cleaned it right up. They also sell liquor if you need to get that instead of going to two different stores. My grandma said she will keep coming back and getting the rotisserie chicken for my dog here because the chickens are big!!

Was in the store shopping on Sunday 13th. I live in Phila. And drive to your store passing 2 other SR’s. Your store is a pleasure , always stocked for the items I’m looking for. Your seafood Dept is my favorite. Fresh ! Lobster was cooked perfectly.please give My thanks to the cook great he is a credit to your company. Emma Dewoolfson

I really enjoy visiting this store, staff is always pleasant and the manager Courtney is awesome. I see her do what mgrs should do, and that is jump in when needed no matter what dept it is. I've worked in this business for a good portion of my life on and off and the only advice I would give is when it is busy have the floaters from other depts to jump on register just to knock the lines down and keep your customers happy. No one likes standing in line at the grocery store after being at work for a 12hr shift. Other than that the store is well maintained and staff is pleasant.

Really great experience, it was super busy , but the front end supervisors were working to help everyone in and out in a fast and friendly manner , I was trying to purchase an item that said it was on sale and it didn't ring up they took care of it immediately , wish I knew her name, but thank you !! Other places make you feel like you're lying to them or being dishonest , thank you shoprite of cinnaminson ill be coming here again................

Still the same experience and really like how the cashiers ensure everyone is being checked out accordingly and handle irate customers professionally

So this is basically the place I do all of my grocery shopping. Clean, the fruit is always fresh and abundant. The new bakery is excellent. Isles are organized and the people working there are very helpful. Amazing self check out- just be patient sometimes it doesn’t read the codes but still good.
Very well run and definitely a staple.
My advise don’t go when it’s rush hour unless you like crowds.

I am writing this great review for Stephen from the Cafe at Shoprite of cinnaminson. I was at this location around 5:45. I searched and searched for sesame seeds for a recipe I am making tonight. I finally asked a nice older gentleman for help. He walked me around the store for about 15 minutes helping me, he was the sweetest man ever. He even went all the way to the bakery to ask them for a cup of sesame seeds for me and then he rang up all of my groceries. Stephen is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, he made my entire week with his helpfulness and pure niceness. He just restored my faith in humanity. I hope shoprite rewards him for his wonderful attitude and personality towards customers. Thank you Stephen!!! You deserve the world.

EXCELLENT customer service. Meat department is awesome. Meat department now SUCKS!!!! It is so hard to get them to custom cut meat. They also ran out of Certified Angus rib roasts two Christmas’ in a row. I called up Mount Laurel and they had plenty. They also have IGNORANT employees that answer the phone, when they decide to. If you order lunch meat on a Sunday morning expect to wait hours before it ready. Over the years this store has really started to SUCK!!!!

Instead of driving around to many different stores, you can find it all here. Anything from beer and wine, to school supplies, and of course groceries, and even prepared hot food. After coming here for the first time today, I am preparing to drive here. Even though it's a bit farther, it will keep me from making several stops for everything I need!

Always get what I need. Then in and out. Picked up these great Mickey mouse waffles. I just love anything Mickey😁

WOW What a grocery store. Everything was Great. From the entrance where you can buy hot or cold entrees for lunch or dinner. To the fresh vegetables+fruits. The deli section to meats+seafood sections. Aisles are wide enough to shop all other items. A large freezer section. The whole store is well lite and very clean. And never forget the staff who were pleasant and helpful.
